Using 1.3.9a and I've just uploaded Image Handler 2 into my website but something is missing...in my admin/configure/images nothing shows up for the image handler options...nothing at the bottom which should have from IH resize to IH watermark...
I've added the files 3 times and still come up with nothing...
I've read the read me file and of course there is nothing there.
I've uploaded twice making sure something didn't happen. I uploaded file by file, then tried the fastest way making sure I changed to my core names.
I would love this to work:(
Any help would be appreciated...

1) this is the image handler 3 support thread, so if your are using image handler 2 use that support thread, Image Handler 3 is the up to date replacement version for IH2 so you really should be using IH3
2) we can't guess without seeing your site, the obvious things are,
a)did you rename your admin folder, did you remember to change the admin folder in IH3 to match
b) Did you install image handler, admin --> tools --> Images Handler 3 --> Install image handler
c) check for file corruption
d) did you download from zen-cart add-ons? as there are some extremely old versions out there floating around
Have a look at the first post in this thread, there should be a link to the latest download of IH3

sorry I didn't realize it was IH3 support. But I did try the IH3 even though it's for 1.3.9 :smile: but it didn't work either!
Yes I renamed the admin folder in the download to "my own named " folder. and also renamed the other files that needed to be changed.
Yes I installed image handler and it seemed to do it own thing...
How do I check for file corruption...I've never had file corruptions before??
I downloaded from the zen cart addons..
So I don't know what else to try.

Reminder: This is the Image Handler 3 (THREE) support thread.. This NOT the correct support thread for Image Handler 2 questions..
Image Handler 2 discussions should be conducted on the Image Handler 2 support thread.. Please don't post issues with Image Handler 2 on BOTH support threads..:smile:

I just installed IH3 on 3 different sites. The first two work great..
The third site, it does not work AT ALL!. No resizing at all. The thumbnail size is suppose to be 190x191 yet in some cases we have really huge thumbnails.

are all 3 stores with the same template? on the same server/host?
when I click the view image it does not show it in the bmz cache folder location which it should so IH3 is not handling your images like it should. Make sure the permissions for that folder are set to 755. delete all folders that are in there and see if that helps
it appears to be a paid for template and that is becasue I don't think any that are from here have the magnifying glass on the product page image. Lightbox seems to be working too so what template are you using and is it paid for?
you may need to contact them to see what coding they changed from the original smf files to make the changes to their template.
