Export Shipping & Order Information

Hi,

I recently upgraded to the latest zen cart v1.3.9c but now the export shipping module is not working properly. I downloaded the file but it did not have any record except the first line of title fields. It was working correctly when I was using zen cart v1.3.7. Please help. Thanks.

Upgraded to the latest Export Shipping/Order module. I selected "Include orders already downloaded in export" and hit export. The file only have the new order details, no previous old order details. After a while, another new order came in. I did the same thing again. The exported file now only have this new order. It looks like the function for Previous Exports Inclusion has stopped working. Can you please check and confirm?

Just reinstalled v1.2.4 and the exported file works. Versions 1.2.6 and 1.3.0 might have some bugs or might be not compatible for zen cart 1.3.9c ?

Very interesting. Thanks for the info on this. Let me take a look at what may have changed from 1.2.4 to cause this. There are a number of upgrades to the new version and it should work with 1.3.9 (it's an independent file that should be very upgrade compatible.)

My guess is it is in a new query added (maybe too restrictive)?

This would require you to alter the actual code. There is no way to accomplish it from within the configuration itself.

If you alter the header locations you will also have to alter the export fields to match the new layout as well.

I am using VERSION: 1.2.1, zencart1.3.8

I want to know if there is anyway to re-export the data again? I have deleted the exported file accidentally while I did not use 'test mode'. Therefore the orders have been marked as exported and it will not let me export them again.

is there anyway to unmark them as exported so that I can export them again?

To re-export just select the option that says "export orders already downloaded" and that should do it.

If your version doesn't have that option, you may want to upgrade to a newer verison. Or you can look at the readme file (near the very end) for an SQL query you could run to reset your orders. (This will reset ALL orders, so if you are going to use this query you may want to alter it to add a date range so it only resets those orders you need.)

Running 1.3.7 here and I also get an empty export (ticked the box "include orders already downloaded"). :dontgetit
