I am running 1.3.9h
I have gone into Catalog/Reward Points to change the ratio from .01 to .05
I have set the global ratio to .05 as well as edited each category to be .05. Problem is, it's still showing .01 in the Customers/Rewards Points and when I log into my test account, the points are worth the wrong dollar amount.
How do I fix this?
I had to make the change in the database, no matter what set up I tried in the admin, nothing works, the reedem ratio never changed.
where in the database do you change it? I haven't made a change in the database directly before.
I browsed the "reward master" and it says all the categories are .05 (just like I entered them via admin). I had a customer make an order while waiting and it gave him the wrong points:(

I changed it to 0.1 as no matter what i did in the admin nothing changed and now, it is working....

Thanks very much for the module!
Now I installed it and but have a serious problem. When customers make orders, no points are actually recorded. When I go to the "reward point" page under admin->customer, I cannot find any transaction history either.
Is there anyone who have an idea how to solve this? Actually I already installed it on my test website but everything is fine... I'm totally confused... Can it be conflicted with another module I installed earlier?

Using this module I have come across a situation whereby group pricing is removed from customers under certain circumstances.
They all occur when using Customers > Reward Points. Pretty much any manual action in here such as adding or subtracting earned and pending points; transferring points from pending to earned or resetting removes the customer from group pricing.
Normal action by customers (ie redeeming points) does not seem to cause the issue.
Whilst this only came to light on a test account it could be pretty upsetting if it happened to a real customer.
Does anyone know of a way of solving this?
(Zen Cart 1.3.9h with Reward Point Full Suite v1.33a. No other mods installed.)
mod is working great EXCEPT that in the configuration / Reward Points, I have the
Adjust Reward Points for Sales/Specials set to "1" which is 1= Use price less Discounts and Specials.
Problem is, if a customer uses a coupon (we have some 10% off coupons), points are being calculated BEFORE the discount (ie: base price) which is the exact opposite of what I have it set up to do.
How do I fix that?
