HoverBox 3 - Official Thread

Okay, it's got something to do with the Yahoo tree ajax menu I have installed on the site.

Will investigate this more.

Right. After some investigation, I have uncovered that yes, the yahootreemenu is the cause of this problem.

I've googled "ie8 error" and "lightbox" and a fair few results are showing. Something about the dom ending and starting in the wrong place.

Hopefully someone will know what I'm on about!!!

Why didn't you put a download link? :( I noticed I can download it for free from iChoze but the zip files (both 2.2 and version 3) gives an "unexpected end of archive" error msg....kinda weird...tried redownloading but the files are just bad uploads it seems. So hmm...where can I get a proper package of this addon? ;)

Has anyone found a solution to the IE8 not working problems? If not VERY SOON, I will have to un-install and add Zen Lightbox instead. :yuck:

Large additional image not work :(:(.
Slideshow works, but no additional image.

With WHAT browser and O/S?

I have HoverBox3 and TPP on several sites and the large image does not work with IE8 on any O/S.

FF, Chrome, Opera all work just fine.

the first large image is ok, but when i use slideshow whit additional image not work.

I use FF, Chrome, Safari, IE7 and IE8 whit XP. all browser do not work.:frusty:

Is possible have a link of your site were use TPP and HoverBox 3 ?

Just about Every Christian T-Shirt here has more than one image.

Ditto. I'd like to try it out, but the download files seem to be corrupt.

With the trouble downloading and the fact that HoverBox 3 does NOT work with IE8 and the lack of support, my opinion is to use http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=117 instead.

Right after Christmas, I am switching ALL my sites away from HB3 to Zen Lightbox.
