Their API says it isn't. Who shall we believe? The person or the computer?

If your web team cannot find the issue,
I've just tested using our 'Demo' account (which is actually a 'real' account belonging to a friend of mine) and all seems to be working fine.
Just to be sure I've also tested with another site that also uses TNT, and no problem there either (radiosailingshop.com.au. Screenshot attached)

Could you please try changing the TNT username to "Demo" and see if that works for you. (The account and password fields will be ignored for the 'Demo' account/user). If this works, then *something* has clearly gone amiss with the primealt credentials. Try resetting them.
Please let me know how you get on because I am aware that TNT have made a few changes to their system in recent weeks, so it could be related in some way (even though I can't think of what).
Oh, also, if you've recently updated to ozpost V3.5.2 you could try performing the uninstall/install keypress sequence because the update code in some of the older versions appears to have been broken (which is causing an incomplete update). V3.5.2 has (hopefully) rectified this problem, but I/we won't know for sure until the *next* update.
Cheers
Rod
ps. The 'Demo' account should only be used for testing. Do not use it on a production system because TNT have different rates for different customers, so any quotes returned with the Demo account may not match your clients costs.

Re: ozpost shipping module
Hello,
We have issue with Rates of Ozpost for Overseas Customers.
We have set following configuration in backend.
Attachment 13107
But it only displays one rate on front end. Flat Rate
Attachment 13108
Is there any solution for this issue?
Re: ozpost shipping module
Naren,
I sent an email via my account settings for the ozpost module that we have and have not had a reply so had to install the Australian post module which is working at present and free of charge. I did see Ron saying that they coppied his software but when people don't reply to you when you have an issue what else can you do but move.
The software for ozpost still has 23 days to go before expiry but in my account it shows that it has already expired going by invoice date.

I've not been able to replicate the problem. Can you please provide a link to the product(s) that you are using for testing?
Cheers

Apologies for the delay. I've only just received that email.
For the record, according to the timestamp you posted it at 9:30pm on a Sunday night. I answer all emails within 48 hours. I responded to yours within 17 hours.

You only have to look at the code to see that this is true.

Good luck with the code you are currently using then. Have a look at the 'austpost' thread. Even the simple questions remain unanswered.

Your subscription expires on October 16th. Your invoice dated 15 September, 2010 was for 3 years. At some point during this time I had added an extra month to your subscription. Apologies if this has caused you a problem or concern.

I don't know what the deal is, but apparently I must have upset you at some stage :(
Whilst looking into Naren's reported problem, I couldn't help but notice that he is probably the maintainer of your site (outdoor king).
If that's not the case, he has an exact copy of your site.
Few people realise (or appreciate) that even where the information provided is minimal, I go to great lengths to research any and all reported problems, so even though Naren provided no textual information regarding the problem site, the screenshot provided me with a clue as to where to look so that I could investigate further. Such investigations are often the cause of delays in any responses I give.
My test purchase (outdoor king site) didn't show any issues with overseas quotes, ergo, my conclusion is that it is a product related issue rather than a destination related issue.
I guess that's a moot point now though. :(
Cheers
Rod
Re: ozpost shipping module
Rod,
We have had issues with the ozpost module since the last update where it is only showing a flat rate for overseas and does not show any other options. Being a live site we had to get something in the mean time as we deal with overseas buyers on a regular basis.
I have since turned yours back on but the same issues is there no mater what changes that I make in the admin panel. It was showing $200 for all overseas orders before. I have checked the dimensions of the parcel and changed them on the site and weight is correct.
I am at a loss when an update is done I get errors. Do we need to totally uninstall the module and start from scratch each time an update is required.
Re: ozpost shipping module
Bruce, no you don't need to start from scratch, but if you do have problems after an update (or any other time) then clicking the button to uninstall followed by an install will generally put things right. Most (if not all) setting will be maintained. These will need to be verified though.
Cheers
Rod
PS. If you do a lot of overseas sales check out the new 'Skippy post'. They're cheaper than Australia post even though they use Australia post as their carrier.
