If your server is missing files, you'll need to upload them.
If you've got bad copies of files, either due to bad addons installed or damaged edits or broken uploads, you'll want to fix those files too.
If you've got bad stuff on your server, things aren't going to work properly.
And, if you've determined that one or more files is missing, or one or more files is damaged, then ... it makes sense to double-check *every* file, not just a list of files in another thread.

I went ahead and replaced all the files from a brand new download of zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007 as recommended in the link above. AND IT WORKED. NO MORE ERRORS WHEN CLICKING ON ORDERS OR ANY OF THE BUTTONS.
I also dumped a sesions.php file, not sure if thats good or not. I just compared the folder to the new one and since it was not there I backed it up and removed it.
