Found one error when registering you have a SMTP error

If you are not able to fix that error yourself I would contact your hosting provider and see if they can assist you on fixing the error, ZenCart cannot connect to your SMTP server is basically what that means.
So I am assuming this is the same error your customer gets as you called it "power fluctuation"
I cannot test further it until I can register.
Found another problem as well see image attached, this seems to be a modification issue of some sort that you may have done to your store.
Try activating the default template and see if that works.
Also I have two orders pending and need at least one set to active so I can test the download.
It's very easy to quickly reset a customer's download limits:
1. Log in to your admin
2. Go to Admin->Customers->Orders ...
3. Click on that customer's order, and click Edit
4. The list of downloadable files will appear on the left below the order details.
5. You can click on any one of those to re-enable the downloads, reset the counter, etc.
Clearly knuckle-101 has no idea what you're asking about, and is leading you way off track.
Be very careful who you give your site details to, especially passwords and admin access.
Okay I forgot to mention one step it was 4 am and trying to help the guy out.
But overall it led to a fix for another issue with his email settings both win on each end.
And clearly never asked for any login information.
