I'm just curious if one was to import the offline CC module from 1.3.8 and add it to 1.3.9, how would it be done? Which files would need to be copied? I'll be really happy to donate for that info :)

I'm sure there is a number of people who might want to do that instead of using ceon mod, I know I would!

Why? The Ceon module is better to the extent that I used to install it for use by clients in emergencies even when the old offline cc mod was available. Less risk too than trying to lift and re-use 1.3.8 files yourself.

Hi there,

Busy upgrading a client's zencart site to 1.3.9b but I see that there are no CC modules and no CC offline payment module...I'm pretty sure that this was part of the 1.3.8a versions as I don't remember installing it as an add on.

Anybody have any ideas?

The Offline Credit Card module was removed for PCI / PA-DSS reasons.
You can use an addon module from the Addons area as an alternative. The better choice would be to use a live payment gateway, since that's much more secure.

Thanks for that - particularly seeing as I just found another thread dealing with the same issue wherein CEON was recommened. Is CEON compatible with 1.3.9b?

Version 2.0.0 was *not* compatible with Zen Cart 1.3.9b.

However version 2.2.0 is!
