Yes, I want to switch to piccadilly posh.

So what did you do to install AP that you haven't done in attempting to install PP?

My host provided several templates. I'm going to ask them to take a look, because I see PP in the list of templates in FileZilla, but it doesn't appear when I go to Tools>Template Selection.

Zencart builds the dropdown in Admin - Tools - Template Selection from the template_info.php files in the root folders of the various templates (for example, includes/templates/piccadilly_posh/template_info.php). Make sure that file is there, and not corrupted.

It is not! It did not have the template_info.php in the folder.

I looked in the piccadilly_posh folder after unzipping and it does contain a template_info.php, so I installed in the wrong place. I have looked around and the instructions say to install in the "root folder." That isn't enough info for a newbie if the folder isn't actually named Root.

Should I be installing it in public_html above the admin folder as shown in picaflor azul demo? I tried that and it didn't work. I tried installing it in /public_html/included/templates and that didn't work. Can you give me a path for the EXACT location I should be installing this folder? I know it should be easier than this.
