so sending post cards with your return address/name and send to address/name pulse what ever comment passing through who knows how many hands/eyes is still OK, but sending an email is not.... I don't remember seeing a checkbox at the post office... Wounder who, but somebody got to be making something on this one...
I would get the 'privacy_conditions' convert it to something you can post to the email and add it to the extra info line so you have something to fall back on...

What reason do you have, davewest, it is too much foolishness ... It demands a lot from some and not from others and less what is related to Official Organizations :censored:
It seems good that privacy is taken care of, that personal data is controlled ... but that everyone complies, and we know that large Internet companies have been investigated for the sale of this type of data.
The problem is that if we do not comply ... surely we have to pay. It makes us think if the laws are "the same for everyone".
As for the check boxes or compliance, I do not understand much but the logic tells me that if I am accessing a website and, moreover, even making purchases in it ... will it be because I implicitly accept their conditions? Is not it my obligation to read them (although few do or do) before providing data or making purchases?
Ah, daevewest, good example of the postal mail
In short, we will comply with the law because, basically, we have no other choice.
Greetings and thanks for your help, I am still a novice profile in zencart, despite the years I have been using this system and I love it, to the point of having created this new store instead of with another system ... I resist change, I like ZenCart.
And again I apologize for the translation, I am responsible ... although the culprit is Google Translate :(
