I found Dynamic Cache on my cpanel, cleared it and I think that fixed it.

They are fine. They have dynamic caching turned on by default, which has its uses but if you review their docs on dynamic caching it might not be the best thing for an e-commerce site, or at least some pages on an e-commerce site. They do list what per page header to send to cache or not cache, so that might be useful if you want to do the work, otherwise turn it off.

Note that closing the DevTool window/tab will enable the cache again.

Using Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome on Windows will give you an incognito window that does not cache.
