Apparently when I checked the Server Info using the steps above, it shows Zend Extension, which is different.
I found it very odd that my host did NOT have Zend Optimizer installed on the server I am hosted through. They did give me instructions on how I can add it to my public_html folder and then the information I needed to add to the .htaccess file as well as to create a php.ini file. Once I did all this it worked.
According to the Zend Optimizer site:
Zend Optimizer is a free runtime application that enables PHP to run the files encoded by Zend Guard, and it can be freely used by anyone looking to run Zend Guard-encoded applications. Zend Optimizer also performs some runtime optimizations of your code which can result in minor performance gains.
The files from MagneticOne are encoded so that is why it's needed.

As a Hoster, I also find it very odd that any Hoster would not have Zend Optimizer installed. Can't see running a Server without it actually.
Usually, when viewing the Server/Version Info page you will see this near the top, last row in the TABLE:
Registered Stream Filters
Just underneath that is the Zend information, along the lines of:
This program makes use of the Zend Scripting Language Engine:
Zend Engine v2.1.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2006 Zend Technologies
with Zend Extension Manager v1.2.0, Copyright (c) 2003-2006, by Zend Technologies
with Zend Optimizer v3.2.2, Copyright (c) 1998-2006, by Zend Technologies

The Store Manager looks like a wonderful tool. Thanks for this thread or I never would have heard of MagneticOne.

My hosing provider finally got it running on the server I am using. However, I asked them for the exact path to Zend Optimizer because when I have to run my own php.ini file for specific extra items, I need to include this path so Zend Optimizer keep being used.

I have been giving the Store Manager a good thorough use and have made some suggestions to MagneticOne for Store Manager's final release. When moving items from one category to another it seems Store Manager would not update the item's Master Category ID. Therefore, when the item is moved to the new cateogry, sure it's in the new cateogry but it cannot be found by doing a search for it in the Admin->Cagegory section. Also, when a search for the item is done from within your actual store, the item is found but when it is clicked on it still shows it's part of the original cateogry (the one you moved it from).
I was having a horrible time with Store Manager doing this. I finally had to move all the items back then fix their Master Cateogry ID from within Zen Cart's Admin. Once things were back to where I had 1st started (before moving all the items), I just used Easy Populate Advanced.
I explained to MagneticOne that not only does the item have to be moved but the Master Cateogry ID must be updated as well. They said they would include this in the final release.

Folks, you need to be talking to the module producer about the problems since it is a commercial module.
