I am using 157b, responsive classic template, PHP 7.4
When I click on "save CSV" I do not get any CSV file, I just get redirected to my Home Page.
Nothing in my log files, I have display debug logs files turned on.
There is a server error message but it may not be relevant as it is just a warning and I only got it once despite several CSV trials.
Code:Broken pipe: mod_fcgid: ap_pass_brigade failed in handle_request_ipc function, referer: https://www.simmar.ch/catalog/MyAdmin/index.php?cmd=stats_monthly_sales
Are you hosting on PLESK? It includes Linux and a windows-based system. Make sure your are on Linux then check with PLESK. Seems to be a recurring problem.

On further testing, I found the help button just directs me to my home page.
If you are following the drop-down directions for Solutin for one Particular Domain, it does have you log in to your account but gives you details for fixing the problem.
I'm gonna make a WAG here and say you're not going to get it fixed till you click on that instruction or contact Plesk.
The only server error message I have received about mod_fcgid is a single warning during multiple tests so why do you believe it is the cause of my problems?
You posted a problem. Admittedly after drByte fixed the other problem by realizing you were using the wrong admin.
Then, you posted the "can't get a CSV" problem. It was great that you posted the code for the error.
This (and one other) volunteer took the time to look up a solution. It was a very simple cut and paste of the problem into google that led us to a solution.
You claimedI pointed out that the dropdown had a specific fix for your failure to get a CSV.Quote:

In the time you've spent trying to avoid your host or the fix, it could have been done.
Won't bother you again.
