For the record, I am having the same troubles that Landshark was having:
Paypal is not importing as Paid Online and items are being created during import despite matching.
I am guessing that the item creation is because most of my products have multiple attributes. What i attempted to do was to create a QB item for each manufacturer and then match each cart item to the correct manufacturer figuring that would at least give me some sales detail. I thought that if I used matching the attribute issue wouldn't interfere, but apparently for multiple attributes it does.
(BTW, is there any quick way to unmatch my 600+ products?)
As for Paypal:
I noticed that in QBI->Match->Payment the shopping cart payment methods include payment methods that are not installed in my cart, and Paypal is listed as "Paypal(paypal)". I do have it matched to "Paypal". In QBI->Setup->Payment "Paypal" is defined as "Paid online".
As an aside, given the impact of importing orders when things are not setup properly, it would be fabulous if QBI offered importing of just one order, or a date range, or order number range, or something other than just import new orders or the last batch.
Landshark, I have PM'd you to see whether you have gotten anywhere w/ this.
I apologize to those trying to skim this thread for my many posts.

Okay I am really having a battle with this.
If I don't have a model number I can seem to export the product and so a the moment I only have product withg any model info (not many as I have not really been using this field.)
I am also cconfused about how to get the product to list in the drop downs under the Match in order to do the mapping properly. I seem to be in a catch 22. Want to get the product into quick books (which is empty at moent) I have 6000+ combinations with attributes and don't want to retype but I can get them into quick books to then get them back out to map them for the purposes of stock control.
It has been a long day and I might be missing something. Sorry if I have missed the obvious.
Thanks

The manual also says that products with multiple attributes cannot be matched. I don't know whether you are using single or multiple attributes. I'll have to do a little more testing to be sure what QBI does w/ single attributes.
It all comes back to that great shortcoming in the stock Zen Cart, no support for attribute stock:no:

MG,
Run this statement in your MySQL interface:Quote:

Are you sure they are matched, and you clicked the button to save each match page after matching them? Items that aren't matched or don't exist in QB will import as services.Quote:

PayPal is not well supported at the moment. I am going to fix this in v3.10, so you won't have any problems. Version 3.10 will be out shortly -- it is taking a little longer as I add additional things to it.Quote:

I don't quite follow. QBI should be set up properly! You can't skip setting it up and expect it to work well!Quote:
