This never used to be the case, but I have confirmed that this does appear to be a requirement with their current system(s). In theory this shouldn't be the cause of the problem because even my friends ' account that I use for the 'Demo' testing is an email address.
I've also confirmed that the same usernames/password pairs now work on all of the TNT sites, which again, never used to be the case.

I created another log in with a simple email/password still doesn't work.
I'm guessing that this was the same that you've PM'd me?
Anyway, as per my PM reply, this has me beat, and I've submitted a report/help request to the TNT folk, hoping they'll have an answer.
Please post any further communication about this via PM (to help avoid clutter in the forum).
I'll report the final findings/solution or whatever back here when we've resolved the issue.
Cheers

For anyone else that is having this problem of the username/password being rejected by the TNT servers the helpful folk on their help desk responded with
"If they are using an email address currently we might have to provide you with the user ID that links to the email address they registered with"
In other words, when configuring ozpost to use TNT your username will need to be in the format of "CITxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" rather than "[email protected]".
If you don't know your CIT number you will need to contact their helpdesk.

P.S Cant get the satchels to display.
Options i currently use with TNT are road express, overnight express 5:00pm and ONFC satchels.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm sure that these findings will be of help to others.

The most common cause of this problem is due to either the weights or the dimensions of the package being too heavy/large to fit into a satchel. Ozpost uses both, because it isn't unusual for an item weighing less than (say) 1kg to be physically too large to fit (which means the satchel won't be displayed).
This is part of the ozpost philosophy to 'protect the merchant' .

I figured as much in regards to stuff not fitting in satchels etc.
We do have some really small stuff for example 1 of our products is roughly 0.2kilos with dimensions of 7 x 4 x 4 cms which obviously fits in a satchel but i can't get it to bring up satchels....

If you could supply a link to one of the products in question I'll be able to figure out what the problem is.

Then you have a problem. I'm not getting a choice of shipping methods. The shipping is showing as $6.50 (with nothing to say which module is giving this).
There have been no requests from your site to the ozpost servers in the last 90minutes or so.
The last request made to the servers (the only one that gets logged) was for a product with the following data:
weight=138Kg
height=2.7cm
width=25.2cm
length=29.2cm
On the basis of this, and assuming that none of your products actually weigh 138kg, I will have to assume that you have entered your product weights as grams, but told the ozpost module that you are using Kgs.
