ZJ Silver Support Thread

We are using a fresh install Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Patch: 1: Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

Have searched through the forums and cannot find a solution after trying a number of fixes...

We are using jQuery Silver template. The problem is that additional product images are not showing up on the individual Product page.

Have uploaded the addtional images via FTP. For example:

Main image:
images/main.jpg

Additional small image:
images/main_01.jpg

Additional large image:
images/large/main_01_LRG.jpg

Tried the solution of testing to see if the images are showing in the classic version - and yes, they are. However, in jQuery Silver, they are not.

Does anyone know where/what file to check to ensure that the additional Product images will show?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I'm new to Zen Cart, love the ZJ_Black2 template. I've installed the template, however there is an issue with the right boxes, I only get the new tab, and the box content is not displaying. Also it seems that the links on the top left, only home and login appear.

I apologize for my ignorance if this is something easy, or if I messed up my template installation

I have a problem and wondered if anyone could help me fix this.

I'm using:
Zen 1.3.8a all updates completed
I have installed ZJBlack template which is a great template and perfect for what I require.

The problem is this...
The cross for closing the main image popup and the shipping estimator popup have disappeared.

It worked fine after I installed the template but I have been doing a lot of performance changes and optimization.

This is a nightmare for my visitors as they can't close these windows once opened.

Please... someone help me before I go insane.

How / where can i change the number of category columns on the front end page and the sub-category pages ? It seems they are 'stuck' on 3 columns and i would like to go up if possible.

I think it has to be changed in /includes/modules/zj_black/
but i am not yet sure how & where.

Please advise including the necessary code change if possible to go up to 4.

ZJ Black Attribute Images:
I am using the ZJ Black template on ZC 1.3.8 I have changed the colors to suite my client's motif. So far, the template has worked wonderfully and I am pleased with how everything works...

Now that we have a product that has attributes (comes in different colors), all the attribute images are presented in a single vertical column. Looking at the TEST $120 Sale -$5.00 product using the ZJ Black 2 template in the demos, It shows the radio buttons with several images in a single row.

I have tried many combinations of the Option Name settings, but it still displays them vertically. I started with a larger attribute image (200x300 h), then reduced it down to 67x100 high - still vertical.

How can these be changed to display horizontally?

Replacing 'Tag Line Here' with a graphic
We have an unusual font that is used for the company's name and slogan. Rather than try to incorporate that font into the banner, it seemed simpler to just place another graphic image. (I am assuming that this would be simpler and stable across multiple browsers.)

By having a left aligned logo/name (as logo.gif) and the right aligned tag line, it would look good at all resolutions and monitors.

As a CSS and PHP neophyte (I'm a database guy...) how/where should I change the code to replace the tag line text with an image?

(We have the proper sized image as: tag.gif in the /images folder...)

Any idea how I can fix?

Additional Anomalies
I have been working in the ZJ Black template and was not checking my problems against any other templates (I know, shame on me...)

Using the ZJ Silver template - It Works!
Using ZJ Black2 tempalte - It Works!
Using the ZJ Orange Template - It Works! (Except that the images are taller than the standard header size)
Using Mother Earth Template - It Works... except the image replacing the SALES MESSAGE text appears twice...

So, I am deducing that I have an issue with the width of my graphics. The logo is 469px wide and the 'Sales Message' Image is 241px wide. So I wouldn't think that 710 pixels would beeee tooooo w i i i i d e...

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
