Think I have found the issue. Have you changes the admin>configuration>shipping/packing>Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight

The default value is 0:3 which adds 3 kg to the packing weight which makes it too heavy for second class signed for. I use 0:0.05 which adds 50 grams

I probably should change the error message to be more meaningful. Its as the original code.

I think that is parcel force tracked 48 "rmpfexpress48".

Do I have to set zones and zone definitions in Zen cart admin, to make Big Royal Mail mod work if I want to ship to UK and EU countries?

I have not set up or changed any zones. As for zone deffinitions I just set up UK and put in VAT with the 20% tax rate. All the zones for shipping are in the oversears postage. You may want to remove some countyr codes If you do not want to ship to anywhere.

I just wondered about the following, I had a customer trying to checkout with a 19.99 item, with shipping module set at maximum limit of £20. It gave the following error:-

Page 1 of checkout it suddenly gives that message. If I show invalid shipping on the option, it say 'only available on orders below £20' . So I changed to £25 and still the same. I upgraded to 1.55f last month, I think it might be that. Looking back at orders before update, I can see orders at same amount using the shipping method the customer wanted to try here.

Do I perhaps need to do a fix for the latest version of zencart? Thanks in advance.

I am not totally sure if 1.55f is the cause for certain. Can't think of what else may affect operation of the module, apart from a server wobble (and php file changes) nothing much has been edited file wise.

I use 1.55f on my site and i cannot reproduce your issue. I had a quick look at your site and if I make any change to the shopping cart content the display shipping rates button seems to fail.

Could you give me the specific product and I'll try to see if I can understand what is happening.
