Hi
After reading the directions I thought I'd try it myself. So I backed up my database and then tried to run the googlefroogle.sql. I cut and pasted it, ran it, but same thing??
Anyone?

Does your database use a prefix?
I'm not sure what that is, could you elaborate?
Also, could you please give me a link to help describe directories. I'm not quite sure on the order of these yet, which is why I get help. But I'm learning.
If your database has a prefix, then the table names will look something like "zen_configuration", where "zen_" is the prefix. If they don't have a prefix, the names will just be like "configuration".
As for your other question, I'm not entirely sure what you're asking? The files in the mod are already in the correct file structure, so you just upload the whole mod the way it is to your Zen-Cart site. You don't need to move any files to different directories.
Do you access your admin at www.yoursite.com/admin, or a different link?
Yes, it uses a prefix. Because if I use phpAdmin from mycpanel to look at my database, all of the fields have zen_ before them.
I also used it to look into the configuration and non of the stuff that should have been inserted into it was.
I don't go thru mysite/admin -> she renamed it for me.
As for the file structure, I'm reading the directions to google base feeder, and it says to upload files to store directory. Well, there are folders, do I put the folders there too or the stuff in the folders into similar folders. I also read that when making changes, never to change the original files, that you make copies and then it goes into another folder (am I making any sense).

I also went through all of the folders and she put then all in the correct place (I get it now, since new files, don't need to replace/rename anything)
I got it!
When I tried to run the SQL, it gave me an error about a NULL key already being there. So I did a query search on that field and found one with a null. I deleted it and then ran the query again and IT WORKED!
Now to figure out the rest. I am curious as to why you asked about the prefix, in case this might help me in other areas.
Thank you again
Linda
When I upload to google I get the following in my xml file:
18quot;x12quot; when it should be 18"x12"
I also get & in the descriptions when it should be &
