Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
Yes pretty sure it's 3.6.1. However, under tools - module manager its telling me this
ID module_code patch_level version_name Update
1 yellow1912_ssu -1 Beta 3.5.7 update
Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
at this rate im thinking of reinstalling. But is there an easy way of completely uninstalling SSU?

Redownload 3.6.1 and reupload perhaps?
Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
Easiest way is to do this:
Put this page in your ssu page exclude this: checkout_payment

I have just tested the checkout process up to the point of going through to enter card details and then aborted this halfway through payment. This on my live site would take me back to step 2 of checkout. on my test server it goes back to a blank page and the URL looks or seems to wrong:
"http://localhost/test_domain/checkout_payment/payment_error/protx_form/error/|lt;|h3%20class=%22ErrorInfo%22|gt;|Your%20card%20could%20not%20be%20authorised! %20Please%20try%20again%20or%20|lt;|a%20href=%22index.php?main_page=contact_us%2 2|gt;|contact%20us|lt;|/a|gt;|%20for%20further%20assistance.|lt;|/h3|gt;||lt;|p%20class=%22ExtraErrorInfo%22|gt;|(2013%20:%20The%20Transaction%20w as%20cancelled%20by%20the%20customer.)|lt;|/p|gt;|"
"https://live_domain/index.php?main_page=checkout_payment&payment_error=protx_form&error=|lt%3B|h3+cl ######%3D%22ErrorInfo%22|gt%3B|Your+card+could+not+be+authorised!+Please+try+again+ or+|lt%3B|a+href%3D%22index.php%3Fmain_page%3Dcontact_us%22|gt%3B|contact+us|lt% 3B|%2Fa|gt%3B|+for+further+assistance.|lt%3B|%2Fh3|gt%3B||lt%3B|p+class%3D%22Ext raErrorInfo%22|gt%3B|(2013+%3A+The+Transaction+was+cancelled+by+the+customer.)|l t%3B|%2Fp|gt%3B|"
In the two examples The difference seems to be that cartain & and = are changed to / can this be resolved with one of the settings?
thanks

I would assume this is a new install, then there is no reason why you would have 3.5.7 listed, you should have 3.6.1 instead. When you go to includes/modules/module_installation/yelow1912_ssu/db you should see 14 sql files from 0.sql to 13.sql
If you want you can manually run each of them thru the patch tool and then you will have to manually set the patch level and the version level of ssu via phpmyadmin.
Anyhow, the last time I remember this happens was because on some servers the line-break character was treated differently. And the way to solve it was to make every thing in a single line, this has been put into 3.6.1. Which is the reason why I wanted to make very sure you have this version.

But not exactly in the correct form. Are you sure you:
1. upgraded to 3.6.1
2. updated your config settings (exclude query list)
3. Clear SSU cache via SSU Manager?
Because if you did you can not have url in this form.
Yellow, you're looking at the wrong site. I copied that mowerpartsupply site to my personal site and now I'm working to edit it for myself. I'm pretty sure I've done steps 1 through 3 on my site but it's still not quite working right because I still can't add anything to my cart. I am, however, a little unsure if I might have updated my config settings wrong but it's so simple I can't imagine how I could have gotten it wrong.... Have a look.

I still think either step 1 or step 2 at least is not done. If you want, send me your info and I can have a quick check for you

Well, I know for sure that I downloaded your latest version but at any rate, what info would you like?

PM me login for temporary ftp and admin, again this is all up to you. I know the info is sensitive, and you must protect it. But without seeing the files and such I have no other way to help any further.
