It appears you have admin profiles loaded on your site. The error you show is exactly what you would see when admin profiles stops you from getting someplace in the admin. Goto tools>admin settings> and than next your user you will see a little colored circle with a p in it.....click the little p. You will than be taken to your admin permissions settings. Go to the bottom of the page and look for any check boxes not set.....set them and save (update) you should now have access. You may have to do this when moving through other menus in the system as admin profiles doesn't know they exist until you try to access them for the first time.

Hey IH Support guys,
I apologize if this has been asked and addressed before but my eyes are a'achin from 2 and a half hour of scanning these forums. The only thing that came close to fixing this problem was CraigW's Post. There was one fatal problem behind it though, as he said, it now disables the zoom of IH 2. Can someone please find a way to fix the Internet Explorer problem without inhibiting other functions?

Please help. When I go to tools and now try and access IH2, I get this:

I think it was and still is working correctly, as I have the hover image. Can someone check this page and tell me if Image Handler appears to be working, and what the above image means. I did check and the image_handler.php file does seem to be in the directory.

Hi, I wonder if someone could help? Am setting up a new site and have just installed IH2 at www.gardenproducts4u.com. My checkout is located on a different domain where I have a dedicated certificate. Before I installed IH2 I was able to get get images in my sideboxes ok - now I can not get them when I go to my secure domain. The images are exactly where they were when they did work. Is there some code I have to change to tell IH that my secure site is located elsewhere?

IH works ok in your store.
You are reading the error wrong.
The first part of each error is telling which file you need to look at.
You are missing the ih_manager file or it is corrupt.
This file needs to be in

Hopefully someone can help me with this- ive installed everything, and added additional images. But when i go to click on them and and enlarge, it just brings up a large image of my main image ? Also , im not sure how I can install the hover addition, where you can roll your mouse over the image ?
Can anyone help me please ? Ive been reading the forums for 2 days trying to fix this !

Misty, ive fixed this problem, but now my additional images sit a little higher than my main image, and the product name and descriped start in the center, instead of below the mail image... heres a link to show what I mean

Visited site, using IE7, don't see Image Handler installed, but looking
at source, you have 1 Image Handler file missing...i.e. you should have
the following files installed...

ok ive installed that, but i still havent figured out how to make my addition images sit nicely alligned with my main image, and make the product name and description start underneth the main image, not halfway through the page.
Any ideas?
