Yes the issue was in my tpl_product_info_display.php file I was moving the additional image block up and it must of got cut.

I have IH installed on my site and have some mysterious image processing happening - some images are processed by IH but not others, even if they are side by side, same dimensions, same file rights, etc...

One great example of this awkward problem can be seen here:

If you view this in firefox, for example, and you view the Page Info, and then click on the Media tab and go through the image locations, you can see how the image for Easter is the only one NOT processed.

This problem runs rampant throughout the site and i cannot figure out why it's being so mysterious selective with the images it chooses to process. To the best of my knowledge my image settings are good, but this image in the category view that will not conform is a perfect example of how all the conditions are the same and it's being treated differently.

ANY thoughts on this?

So far 1 out of 60 images yield this error when the mouse hovers over the Zooming (hot zone+) on a small image showing the MED image size:

from the product info page:

additional_product_image_01.jpg :

javascript error: missing ) after argument list
[Break on this error] showtrail('bmz_cache/6/..........image.395x400.jpg','Product...


I have tired clearing the bmz_cache but IH2 just creates the same image number and error.

running ZC 1.3.8a with IH2_2.0-zc137

Seems ood, that it only happens once in a while...

Any special characters in the Product Titles?

dharma, when this happens, is it just on images that has sizes like 395X400? If so, you might try setting the image to 400X400. Don't know if that'll help or not, but I've had odd sizes like that to give me problems, before.

You can remove the title from the JS all together, or make sure it's encoded using htmlentities before being sent to the JS.

I Like the title of the product with the picture, so I guess I leave it in the javascript file and do a google search for this "htmlentities" :eek:business....

I remember having installed an old version of IH 1.x on it. Now i've installed IH2 for 1.3.7 and unfortunately it isn't working.

Image hovers are broken and images aren't being resized.

Can any Zen Master help me or at least shed some light and point me in the right direction?
