How do I get it to show flat rate box prices?

Hi I installed the USPS Shipping Module Update - RateV4 - IntlRateV2

My Zen Cart version is v 1.3.9h.

But I am unable to enter the dimension. Instead I found errors from admin panel:
Warning Shipping Configuration errors!
The parameters set in Package Dimensions Config #1 are invalid, please enter valid shipping parameters. Current setting will be overridden with default: 'regular;+'
The parameters set in Package Dimensions Config #2 are invalid.

Besides I don;t know what's the blank text boxes referring to.

Please kindly advise if any steps that was missed.

Do a REMOVE and UNSTALL then configure your USPS shipping module ...

I had been doing that multiple times and still getting the same results? Did I miss anything?

Check and see for sure which USPS module you have installed on the server ...

One method is to go to your Zen Cart Admin and in the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... see what comes up on the version id when you do a search for:
usps.php

in the bottom input box and select Catalog and click SEARCH ...

That doesn't make a lot of sense ...

You said you installed USPS RateV4 but you are showing the userid for RateV3 ...

Could you do a REMOVE and reload the shipping module via FTP that you think you have installed and say whether it is RateV3 or RateV4 then again do the search in the Developers Tool Kit for:
usps.php

then do an INSTALL and configuration of it in the Shipping ... Modules ... and then a screen shot of what you see in your right hand panel?

I am gathering from all this that if I do not see "dimensions" in my install (1.5.1) that I need to un install and re-install the module.

Once that is done though, are there dimensions that get me a first class envelope rate ($.65)? like height 0" or something?

Actually, looking at the domestic services list built into the mod, first class letter is not in the list.

First Class Package/thick envelope is but the lowest rate for that is 3 oz and nothing other than the default installed dimensions are necessary to display that rate.
