I noticed in one thread I found that you asked the poster with a sub-directory Whoops issue if they had and other sites in the root - so not sure if it is relevant but I have recently built a v1.5.7d site in a folder in the root to test and then convert the site to this version - it has OPC 2.4.2 installed (can't check if that works due to Ceon URI Mapping redirect issues (redirects new store to old existing store when clicking on a product or category etc - have posted that issue elsewhere)

No error log.

I want to share my experience for the same error "Whoops! Your session has expired."

1. The previous threads suggested it is http & https error in configure.php file from zc (two files). Please check both files make sure you only use https, not http.

2. My site uses htaccess file to force redirect. It is not recommended but it works fine on my end. My case will be different because I need to redirect twice: non-www to www, http to https. I wrote the code by myself at first which may not be good. So I googled and found the example code shared by other developers.

3. Admin -> Configuration -> Sessions, Force Cookie Use. Set it as false. This bug was fix in OPC 2.4.2. But I remember, before I installed OPC, sometimes I will also see this error. Maybe that is the root cause.

Many thanks to all - so the code suggested unfortunately did not work in this case so I deleted the updated 2.3.12 version and reinstated the prior existing version (2.3.9) - subsequently I have completed the rebuild of the site to v157d with the latest version OPC and all is great.

Hello, I also have the same problem, in guest mode, the mobile device cannot save birthdays correctly, is the problem solved? The test model iphone7plus iOS15.5, Google Chrome developer mobile device simulator is the same problem.

I see your solution, it is also applicable to my website, thanks, the website template I use is responsive_classic

I can confirm I now have OPC 2.4.3-beta1 downloaded from Git Hub

And I also have Square Web Pay Installed from here https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2345 and still get this if I enter the credit card details before pressing the radio button when I click confirm order.

Tested in Safari and Chrome on a Macbook


We have a problem on our end. So Sorry! Please report this error to the Store Owner: SQ-MISSING-TOKEN


Any ideas lat9?

Switching back to the old Square Module for now which works with OPC for the moment.

Seriously I am thinking of moving away from this new Square WebPay Module at the moment as it doesn't function well with OPC. Although I want to use OPC. So which modules do a similar thing with the credit card payment form actually in the checkout....this is if I can't get square WebPay working? Which I have to say at the moment it is doing my head in.
