Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
I installed this for a client today, and I must say its works pretty well... Cheers
I do have 2 questions...
The first is that when index.php is loaded it does deliver a proper canonical redirect... But to the incorrect canonical
so I am given
http://www.domain.com
when it should be
http://www.domain.com/
Can I correct this easily?
Secondly, as this client would like to have the html added... can I do this without a big hassle?
Thanks for the contrib

Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
Yellow,
I checked ssu without Multi Language support (on site with 3 languages) and its generate many duplicate urls, and with Multi Language everething ok. and I think to fix it will take many time.
Instead, if we can only fix one redirection - Main page with default language (www.site.com/en to www.site.com), it will make first page with main language google friendly, and this page will get high page ranking
What do you think about it?
Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
Ok after uninstalling and re-installing the latest version 3.6.4 from your site. The add to cart works for one item but If you try to add the same item twice to the shopping cart the quantity will not changed. Even if you go into the shopping cart and update the quantity to 2 or 3 the page will refresh but the quantity will remain on one. Is that a bug or its on my end.

I am not having that issue.. would have to guess that is another mod or customization messing up or interfering.

Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
Another question about this module in general I had it installed on a site 2 weeks ago and noticed that the customers are being redirected to a link that doesn't exist something like /includes/templates/your-template/buttons/english/mcnt_detail.gif
Now on this new site I am getting this link in the whose online page in the admin
/includes/templates/precutcartint/css/precutcartint/templates/precutcartint/images/header_bg.jpg
Is there an issue with the redirecting?

If I disable this mod in the admin, the quantity update works fine. I am guessing it has something to do with this mod.

Clearing cache then please let me know if the error is still there.
installed upgrade to 3.6.4 and still get redirect loop when customers try to login
Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
I don't think this mod is interact well with other mods. I have tried to install it on 2 sites so far along with other mods installed and it seems to cause problems. So far I had to disable it on the 2 sites. Note I have installed the Ultimate SEO on my Aftermarket site found in the signature and don't have any redirecting problems. I had the same issue of redirecting on login but disabling this mod will eliminate the problem.

I think you have to tell us your version as well as the modules you said it doesnt work well with, otherwise it wont help. I have a site where we installed all the major modules along with this module and we dont have any problem at all.
