Even though there is a note that the code is case sensitive, I am able to input the lowercase when uppercase is indicated and it is accepted.
Have I missed some set-up somewhere??

But It seems not compatible with Any of SEO mods.
It is a little bit shame.

And i have tried the method which is posted by a member here.

It doest works for me .
But i got a new solutions.
In Includes/class/captcha.php
Find arround Line 79

Replace
$image = '<img id="captcha-img" src="' . $this->img_href . '&rand=' . str_replace(' ', '', microtime()) . '" alt="' . $alt . '"';

with
define('HTML', 'http://www.youdomain/captcha_img.php?');
$image = '<img id="captcha-img" src="' .HTML .zen_session_name() . '=' . zen_session_id().'&rand=' . str_replace(' ', '', microtime()) . '" alt="' . $alt . '"';
