Re: Rustic Template Support Thread
Clyde,
When category with subcategories drilled down (clicked on) arrow changes from right pointing arrow ">" to down pointing arrow to indicate that this category was selected.
Category without subcategories (flat) has "--" marker that stays the same when this category selected.
The question is is it possible to have different marker to indicate that flat category was selected?
Also, is possible to highlight entire navigation bar of selected category or sub-category (not just roll-over function) to clearly show where you are in the store (in addition on top line showing your path)?
Thank you in advance.

Link to your site?
Re: Rustic Template Support Thread
I don't have mode installed on production site. Off-line site has mode as is, no changes so far.
Are my questions too fuzzy?

Here is picture of what I'm asking about
When category with subcategories drilled down (clicked on) arrow changes from right pointing arrow ">" (1) to down pointing arrow (2) to indicate that this category was selected.
Category without subcategories (flat) has "--" marker (3) that stays the same when this category selected.
The question is is it possible to have different marker to indicate that flat category was selected?
Also, is possible to highlight entire navigation bar of selected category or sub-category (not just roll-over function) (4) to clearly show where you are in the store (in addition on top line showing your path)?

I understood the question(s), but it is always easier to provide solutions when one can view the site in question.
in order to change the graphic you will have to create a new one named bc_cat_no_sub.gif which is 19px high and 13px wide and save it to includes/templates/rustic/images.
for the second question I would need to view you site but generally speaking the answer would be no.

I understand that part.
The question is if when no-sub category is clicked on (selected) can the original marker bc_cat_no_sub.gif replaced by other GIF grapics marker like bc_cat_no_sub_selected.gif ?
For example, lets say "bc_cat_no_sub.gif" is green arrow that shows on entire menu. When one of no-sub categories
selected for viewing green arrow becomes lest say red arrow to indicate where shopper is in the store at the moment.

no, not without extensive re-writing of the categories sidebox code.

Re: Rustic Template Support Thread
Hi all,
Looking for some help, I'm having the same problem as listed in the quote below, and tried the changes in the reply, and it's still not fixing it. Anything else I could try, I've tried deleting the defaults, and tried putting anything in to see if it would change but it doesn't.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks,
Linda

You can delete the defaults and/or substitute your own.
