If you have the Zen Cart Backup installed, you can use that ... or use phpMyAdmin: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?...atabase-backup
To run those SQL statements ... you can run them either in phpMyAdmin in the SQL or in the Zen Cart Admin under Tools ... Install SQL Patches ...
