Glasgow Neat Template Support Thread

Hello, what a great lot of templates you have created! I am new to zen cart and I so far have been following your tutorials from your website. But I am stuck now on how to amend the titles of the mega menu. Do I need to do it through admin or by editing files directly? Many thanks :)

Thank you! If you look at the readme.html file incldued with the template pacakge you will see instructions for customizing the mega menu.

Hi, Would you kindly tell me how to change the title bar text?
My site is realessence.com.au

So far I have done this but it did not change.

To change the title text to say what you want, open the includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php file in your text editor. Find the following line of code:

// page title
define('TITLE', 'Zen Cart!');

// Site Tagline
define('SITE_TAGLINE', 'The Art of E-commerce');

Replace the title and tagline text with your own text, making sure that the single quote marks are not left out and new quote marks are not added.

Save the edited file to includes/languages/english/custom/meta_tags.php and upload it to your server.


Next is how to change this

Be sure that you are editing the override file. If you do a search on the FAQ's section of this site you will find a tutorial about how to change the site title text.

Hello,

I have just uploaded to test site our modified version. Great template by the way! two things - On the home screen I can not scroll down using the mousewheel. I can on any other screen. secondly the banner text across the scrolling images can be edited but can I move this banner to below the images?

I have moved the test from the rotating images just the scoll issue to sort.

I have followed the support thread suggested and all is fine now.
