been looking for mod like this all over.
however i did something wrong during installation.
the internet connection had been really slow tonight..
so when i was running INSTALL_v1.100.sql,
i think i hit it twice because the screen was blank. :oops:
so now there are two of "MultiGeoZone MultiTable Shipping" under my Configuration drop-down menu.
I tried to restore my database to previous state before I run that sql, however the duplicates are still there.
Please advice.

nevermind, i just delete them off from SQL, and re-run the given SQL.
for those who stumble upon this thread and not so SQL and PHP literate like me, just uninstall your MZMT module from shipping. then find these 2 tables in your MyPHPadmin:
-configuration_group
-configuration
find rows with 'MZMT' or 'MultiGeoZone' keywords.. and delete the rows off the table..
I'm confused....I am to predetermine the price it is going to cost to ship something if using the by weight option? If using Australia Post, where do I enter that as an option?

i moved my zen cart shop from www.shop200.com to www.goods88.com ,then i found that the "mzmt" cannot display on the "check-out" web page ,while it can display on the "estimate shipping" web page. please tell me how to solve the problem!

This is silly.. I set up MZMT and install the zones as requested but on the geo zones section, under European union (well, most of the others actually), the only zone thats there is 'Fiji' and next to it 'Iowa'. What the hell?
Just as I thought Zen Cart was getting easier, they throw up a load of bull**** by conviniently leaving out this obviously important aspect of shopping cart software.
Have you looked at the Downloads for Zones that you may need but no one else would want? There have been quite a few added to the Downloads ...
NOTE: backup before installing any add-on or upgrade etc.

I'm using Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8.
The issue i'm having is with the MZMT Shipping Mod and have had an issue for some time where if under one of the shipping zones (eg. shpC which is North America/Europe/Asia) If i have United States of America All Zones when a customer from the USA trys to buy anything the shopping cart hangs as it doesnt know what freight option to use. However if i individually enter every USA state (which i did) against shpC then each state works fine.
However it's really not ideal as i don't have the time to ad every state of every country, and in some instances like Taiwan, which has no states, Taiwan - All Zones does not work, and when i add the State Taiwan it still does not work...
Looking through the code of the MZMT mod it does appear to have a fall back where there are no states to use All Zones, but for some reason this has never functioned, can any one help out with this? as the shipper i use doesnt care which zone i am freighting to, all of their charges are country specific (with the exception of NZ/Aust but i have added these zones in anyway as there are like a dozen...)
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am setting up MZMT for South Africa.
I have definded the country, added all the zones and created the Tax for it.
However, when I try config MZMT the only option that shows up under "Geo Zone 1" is 'Rest of the World".
How do I fix this to use all of South African Zones?

The problem is still there. If my items weigh 0.3KGs it shows the shipping fee to be R0.00.

I'm trying to fix shipping problem. My client's shipping requirement is the following:
1) Standard Next Working Day Delivery Via Carrier - £12-00
2) Next Working Day By 12am Via Carrier - £19-00
3) Next Working Day By 10.30am/12am Via Carrier - £24-00
4) Next Working Day By 9.30am Via Carrier - £38-00
5) Saturday Delivery Via Carrier - £38-00
6) Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post - £5.95 (Up to 1.5Kg only)
The store also offers free shipping for order valued £150.00 or over, I use free shipping module for this.
I tried using MZMT module for 6 initial shipping options but I couldn't find a way to hide those shipping options for £150 or over order value and I don't want to confuse the clients with prohibitive £999 shipping value, so how could I hid MZMT shipping options from view on order value of £150 or over?
Is there other better shipping module than MZMT?

hi all, i am newbie @ zen cart, my manual bar at admin > config > MutliGeozone multitable shipping, showed in 2 bottom, may be i did something wrong, i upload the sql file 1 time and run the sql file command insude the sql 1 time. so totaly is 2 times.
Can someone please tell me how to remove 1 of the bottom.
Also that when I click on the Modules > shipping and the mzmt, I try to edit the geo zone, but the only option i can choose is rest of the world. Can someone please tell me how can i make some of the other zone show over there.
On the Zone Definitions is have 2 zone and both zone show green. I think that means good right. I really don't know what did I did wrong please. help

Hi all, can you teach me how to set the Zones Shipping ? Actually I want to set two different charges only, and the parcel only ship within my own countries.

Actually I need a shipping module can organize the different freight ( zone rate) to different states in one country. The original zone rate from Zencart is too simple, can only organize to different contries . For example, I only want to do business in USA, but we need ship to the customers in different states , each state comes with own zone rate, also different weight will get different freight for each states. Any suggestions? Cheers.

Ajeh, also another question. I don't want to display the stock qty for a product but I do want to display the stock status like " instock " " pre order (2-3 days leading time blabla...) " " no stock " etc. I am using v1.5.1, which add on can help on it?
