Hello,
Can anyone send me a link (or here or pm) with a website thats using this module? I currently use another mod to calculate postage by order value instead of weight, but cannot find an updated version so am hoping this will work instead. Am paying someone to install it during the upgrade so want to make sure it will work as I hope. Thanks N

Yes you can choose which methods to turn on (all off by default) I have set a handling charge of £1 which ups the default charges by weight. you can set your own rates if you want to. I try to update the rates when i know new ones are coming. But i do not guarantee to do this. The modules are also capable of only allowing certain postage by attributes. if you want more information you should be able to access the doc in https://github.com/brittainmark/BigRoyalMail or download the module and unzip it to read the documentation. Afraid I am a bit of a techy so the docs may not be in the best english.

If you look at the link of our shopping cart of 4 items, this what the Cart displays:

which results in ....

Please can you advise of where we are going wrong ?
Also it says the prices are out of date as of 22nd March 2021 ?

The prices are still valid. Royal mail used to change its prices every Easter. They changed them 1 Jan 2021 but I was not sure if they were going to change them again at Easter so i did not update the valid to date. You can change the date in any module see picture below. When I find out about a price rise I normally change the rates and issue an update.

Unfortunately I cannot access the link you gave me so i cannot see what is happing on your site.
Also if you set hide invalid shipping to false (see image above) it will display the shipping with a reason why it is not available.

Additionally from your screen shot. The weight is over 2kg so only medium parcel, special delivery and parcelforce options would be available to UK. Only Parcelforce would be available internationally unless you had updated the printer paper options (sql).

Many thanks for your response. Have set Hide Invalid Shipping to false, and now can see all the different modules and options available to each buyer.

That suggests it working fine. The rate cannot be determined means that it is out side the weight limits. The medium parcels are displaying fine. Try turning off display if invalid again on one the medium parcel and see if it still displays. if not then check the logs area should be in the folder /logs and look for any .log files with a date and time that is current. If it does still display then that would suggest that all is ok and you can turn off all the other display if invalid.
