Check your cache folders for error logs (blank page = error). What does the error log say??
Re: Edit Orders v3.0 for Zen Cart 1.3.9 [Support Thread]
Hi Diva,
Thank you for the information. I apologize for not reading the whole thread here. I am studying for exams and setting up 2 sites at once so I didn't really have alot of time to read about the backup files. I did remove the original files into seperate folders and re-upload all the addon files and all works great now.
Again I apologize and thank you for your help and information.
Re: Edit Orders v3.0 for Zen Cart 1.3.9 [Support Thread]
Hi Diva
I have been using Edit orders now for a couple of months and totally happy with the mod and then I noticed something today after after *adding products* to an order.
Until now everytime I *added* a product to an order I kept an eye on the postage to make sure it recalculated, but as adds were only light, ti didn't make a difference to the postage.
Today for the first time I added quite a few heavier products to and order and knew for sure that the postage had to be at least 50% more.
But it seems it DIDN'T add the postage for the additional products.
Has the problem been discussed...has anyone else had it??
I have tried to read up here and see if anyone has had this issue before, but couldn't find anything.
I appreciate your help .

Hey Dustie.. LOOOOONG time no see (but that's a good thing right???)
Edit Orders has NEVER recalculated shipping when adding items to an order.. You must manually calculate and update the shipping with the new totals..

Re: Edit Orders v3.0 for Zen Cart 1.3.9 [Support Thread]
I have recently loaded a clean install of 1.3.9h but cannot find out which mods are included and which aren't, is there a list available which shows, what has been integrated in the release of the version number 1.3.9h, or how do we confirm the mods updates. Sorry if it's a lame question, but I'm new to all this configuration, and upgrading.

This is the support thread for Edit Orders v3.0.. Not the thread to ask general Zen Cart 1.3.9 specific questions.. You need to create a new thread and post your question there..

Hey Diva :) You know what they say *no news is good news*.
It is a good thing
. This mod is really one of the most important ones on my site, and it functions perfectly (despite our installing hickups, but your support was great,....and it WORKS!)
OUch......didn't realise it didn't calculate the postage. Any reason why this great mod doesn't do that as well??
Btw....is this mentioned somewhere in the manual? (Not that people read them LOL )

Well we certainly had a rocky start, but FINALLY got you going.. So yeah.. No news is certainly GOOD news..
Long story short it just doesn't.. Dunno why the original authors chose not to include this feature.. I can speculate why, and given the complexity required to add it it makes sense..
No this is not mentioned explicitly in the manually, but IMHO it's kinda obvious when you use it that this since the shipping field is one of the editable fields.

thank you for your reply.
Don't see why it should be obvious, because even the new added products are editable fields. The shipping would need to be editable, cause I for instance also give freeshipping, which I edit manually.....plenty of reason to edit it :) . But now I know and can adjust shipping accordingly
Re: Edit Orders v3.03 for Zen Cart 1.3.9 [Support Thread]
Having learned the value of reading the forum, especially before implementing a mod, I'm very happy to report that I installed Edit Orders mod without any issues and have edited an order successfully!
Thank you to everyone for sharing their experiences and solutions!
