Admin-Editable Sidebox - Support Thread

You need to have a copy of the define file in the base:
/includes/language/english/html_includes/define_editable_sidebox_content.php
before the copy in your custom template can be processed:
/includes/language/english/html_includes/AModernShopper/define_editable_sidebox_content.php


Since all the files are new, you could technically just put them all in the base. If you wanted to use this sidebox for various templates, you would need the files in the base, or else a complete set in each template folder (plus the define file in the base).

This also probably addresses patrioticflags' issue of not seeing defined content...

We can see a problem, but we can't say anything about the cause without seeing the site live. It doesn't appear to be the same template as the site where you posted the image.

And yes, this mod works on all versions of Zen Cart.

Unfortunately, I can't see anything wrong with your output, except that there is absolutely no content output for the Facebook1 sidebox, only the wrapper that should hold the content. So we need to know a lot more information about what you have done with the editable sidebox, what you see in admin, what your define file looks like, and the information requested in the "Posting Tips" above the reply box.

Do you have the correct Facebook code in the Facebook sidebox?? because based on your screenprints, you seem to only have the default text in there and not any code related to Facebook..

As DivaVocals says, you show only the default define text instead of facebook link text, but in any case, it is not displaying in the editable sidebox output content. Also, you show that the editable sidebox is turned off, which conflicts with the display that was visible on your site. So we are no closer to understanding the cause of your problem.
