Maybe, but generally no. Depends if your ISP uses a proxy or not.

The debug.jpg is too small for me to read.
The other image suggests that you don't have a delivery address (Can't quote unless tjhe module knows the destination).

Maybe, but it depends on what the time actually is.. The module will always provide some kind of response time even if it can't connect to the servers.. in this case the time will be quite high.
However, if you are getting a negative response time it usually means a connectivity issue.
I really can't tell from the images you provided.
Also, a URL would be handy.

Re: ozpost shipping module

how about this
Debug
Shipping Method
I did Black out the Shipping address ( from the customer profile) on the left just for a bit of security

The images didn't offer many clues, but the URL for them was very helpful. ;smile;

Darn it. I really do need to improve my mind reading skills.
Anyway, your problem. Enable cURL. If that doesn't fix it leave it enabled and get back to me.
Cheers
Rod
ps. Leave the proxy settings blank unless told otherwise.

I can now confirm that your store is contacting the servers ok and returning valid results.
I'm going to take a punt and suggest that your server is probably using PHP4.x.
The ozpost module requires PHP5 ... Almost every ISP will have this as an option these days.

Re: ozpost shipping module
Hi Rod,
I have been trawling through the forums for the last 2 sleepless nights:shocking:. I have installed ozpost and am having some difficulty. This is as much of the relevent information as I can give you.
If you have any ideas could you please let me know.
Here goes
The problem
Shows “estimate shipping costs”
Add post code for Australia
Hit Update
Then the Shipping section disappears
Refresh page
Shipping section reappears
Available shipping methods and rates heading shows with no information in the table.
Other Information:
Hide parcel rates if letter sized NO
Use cURL Yes
Weight is in grams
Ozpost and Free shipping are enabled- all other modules are disabled.
I have tried turning off Free shipping, reinstalled ozpost from scratch
And made sure that the template files are placed in the right folders ( I am not using Classic)
When I tried the debug mode – the information for the parcel size and weight appeared and there was a response from the server.
It's probaby my error but any ideas would be appreciated. And thanks for designing a shipping module for Australia.
