You are welcome.
BTW, I have plan to upgrade CrossSell module, so any idea, suggestion is welcome.
Let me know any feature you expect, or any difficulty in using the module, and I will see if I can put them all together

I am running
MySQL Version: 4.0.27
PHP Module Version: 5.2.6
Zen Cart 1.38a
I use shared hosting so cannot upgrade to MySQL 5
Does this mean I am out of luck using this mod:sadwalk:
I have been using the Merlin/DrByte's Cross Sell v1.3.0 from 03/30/2006 but it it alot of work to cross sell my products.
Hi yellow,
Is Re-installing Module Manager still needed or do you have a fix so it is not happening anymore?
I recall I had this problem too a while back. Need to install in a new site... pls let us know if a new version is on the outlook. :D
Hola, I have multiple instances of Cross Sell Advanced installed in one store. Specifically, CSA has been hacked a little bit so that each product can have eight separate categories of up to a dozen cross-sells. However, this means I have eight admin screens, too, for data entry. So, I'd like to streamline new product data entry and am wondering...
1. I imagine it is pretty easy to convert data (sql export/edit/import) from Cross Sell Advanced to this mod, right?
2. Does this mod have categories (or whatever) so that cross-sells can be controlled to appear under different <h2>headers</h2>?
Or should I just stick with what I've got since I don't need unlimited products or the auto-reverse feature (A to B, B to A; A to C, C to A; and B to C, C to B)?
Thank you.

Noticed that products_xsell.sql is missing in this mod. Why is this not a complete mod? I am confused, thought this could be used without any old xsell installed. Pls confirm.
What instructions should be followed for a new install? Some links are dead that yellow posted earlier.
Do I need to upload old xsell versions first and run the sql or just find the old sql and use these files?
OK, I think I know what is going on. The new rev should install the sql's automatically with module manager?
So just upload all files I guess. I will try and see what happens.
Sooo everything is uploaded.
1. uploaded Module Manager
2. uploaded Just another Cross-Sell mod
error message...
3. uploaded Module Manager again
now it is working as expected.
Conclusion, you don't have to install any old version, just this one. You will have to upload Module Manager again after uploading xsell. Don't know why but something gets over written. Maybe Yellow can give us an explanation why this is and if this can be avoided?
Hi all - I don't understand what I'm doing wrong here. I've installed Module Manager, installed Cross-Sell, re-installed Module Manager and still nothing seems to be happening. I can't find Cross Sell in the Admin - Configuration menu. I've tried to set up a cross-sell in the Catalog - Advanced Cross Sell menu but nothing is showing up on my product page.
Any quick ideas of what I'm missing?
Thnks
nobbyryan, I was a bit too fast with my conclusion yesterday. I did not have time to test it the functions actually worked.
Sorry but I have the same problem. Menu items Cross Sell and Advanced Cross Sell are there. Cross sell menu item will not load. ACS will load the right screen.
admin/xsell.php does not exist. We still need to install the original xsell it seems.
I think this should be one package and one install. This is not made clear in the install.txt. I will post more once I have the whole thing together....maybe even make a whole package/mod.
