Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
Hello Yellow1912,
So I am still having the problem where the link is getting interrupted after the 2nd click with the category showing up in the stylesheet links.
I did change to the basic template like you suggested and the problem did not occur. So the error is on my part.
What files should I look into to see why the links are getting messed up.
Heres what is happening
1. Starting from homepage, everything is fine.
2. Click on any category ie. cellphone.. everything is fine
3. Click on sub category ie. motorola this is where it gets messed up. The stylesheet links in the code get the category in link
Code:
include/motorola/templates/and_so_on
What files should I look into??
Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
The stylesheet links are built inside your includes/templates/YOUR_CURRENT_TEMPLATE/commons/html_header.php
So you should check that file first, perhaps compare it with the default one.

Thanks for your reply. What you said is really right, it is the mistake from the template. I have just replaced the bad links with the zen_href_link() from tpl_categories.php. Now, everything is ok!
Another question is, when I setup the Paypal IPN return address, which one should I use: "https://www.shoesbuyonline.com/checkout_success" or "https://www.shoesbuyonline.com/index.php?main_page=checkout_process"?
Thanks for your time,
Try the first one, should work.
1. create an item that costs only 1 cent
2. try to buy it, checkout etc (you can pay by CC via paypal, or you can ask a friend who has paypal account to help)
See if the order is recorded correctly on your site.

Hi, yellow
Very nice of you. You are always so helpful. I have now setup my site to use the first address and I would give it a try just at the moment I open my site. :P(Now, I closed my site for a maintenance.)
All the best,

Hi, yellow
Another question: what does the ssu.php under cron directory do?
I noticed there is 'require('../admin/includes/configure.php');' at the beginning. But I have changed my admin name. Would this file throw any negative influence if I hadn't corrected the admin according to my current setting.
Thanks,

Thanks,
Make sure you correct the admin folder there. The cron can be used as a cronjob, you will have to set up cronjob to run periodically via you host admin panel, this will automatically clean up SSU cache for you. You can set it run once per week or so.

I look into the html_header.php file and compared it to the original working template file and noticed that I had commented out the base href tag for some developing was doing.
So after I uncommented the base href and clear ssu cache. Everyting was working perfectly, Almost.
Some of my link are being confused with other for some reason.
ie.. the category Camcorder Battery is clicked but instead of the product showing up in that category. The products from Battery Chargers/Camcorder Battery are showing up.
How do I fix that.
One more question... What settings do I use in admin>>seo config to make each category seperated with a foward slash and not have any categories add together..
ie.. camcorder/canon/lic511 and not camcordercanon/lic511
Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
There was a setting called category separator, use / there
Then make sure you turn on Alias and Auto Alias
Go to Alias manager and Delete all current aliases
Then clear all SSU cache
See if that helps
Installation, upgrade, usage docs are located?
Yikes! I'm off to a scary start. I downloaded the zip file http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...oducts_id=1013
and opened the Readme.txt file. It states:All the installation, upgrade, usage docs are located at
http://wiki.rubikintegration.com/zencart/modules/ssu/
However, going to that page produces the following message:"This topic does not exist yet. You've followed a link to a topic that doesn't exist yet.
Any suggestions will certainly be appreciated!
Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]
This is a complete loop trying to download this thing. I have done it several times and if it is working it is completely illogical.:yuck:
The transaction goes through fine but noplace to get the file
