I would if I could, but I've commented-out the offending code. V. busy at the moment with hardware probs on my computer - sorry.
If I get round to it I'll uncomment the line and post the error message - verbatim.

I feel pretty dumb, because I've restored what I considered to be the offending code, and cannot reproduce the error. (BLUSHES)
DUHHH! SORRY, everybody!!
As to why I reduce the code: I'm possibly a bit a*al - I try to cut out all unnecessary code and stuff just to gain a little bit of speed. (I know, I know - it's only a LITTLE bit, but it keeps me off the streets!)
can i use Quick Updates v2.03 on my Zen Cart 1.3.7.1, it says on README FILE that is for 1.3.6?
thanks,
Tal.
I am probably missing something but can somebody tell me how to move products from one category to another? I assumed that's what copy would do.
The only way I can make it work is to copy one product at a time until I make duplicates of all that product in the original category. Then I have to use the drop down boxes for the categories, change the category for each of the products that I duplicated, then hit update.
Is this the only way to do it or am I missing a quicker way.
Thanks
Hi Freebird,
I am not sure if I fully understand the question, but to *move* multiple products to another category I would just change the category for each product (using the categories drop downs in the products listing) and click "Update".
OK...I didn't explain it right. I'm trying to copy the products to a new category, not move them.
In that case I think quick updates does not offer a quicker way.
The current quick copy feature can be used to quickly create multiple copies of a product, but it can't copy multiple products in one go.
Hello ,
i have just tried to install the latest version of Quick update. Everything works fine, but i got the following error when i tried to execute the sql file:
------------ cut ---------------------------
1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
in:
[INSERT INTO zen_configuration_group VALUES ('', 'Quick Updates', 'Set Quick Updates Options', '1', '1');]
------------ cut --------------------------
i use now a database with zen_ Prefix, there is an old unused version without prefix on my server.
I use Zencart 1.3.7 and MySQL 4.0.27-
I hope there is anybody who can help me.
Excuse my bad english.
with best regards
Reiner
