Hi Just installed latest version on a new site , all fine , except ..

Whos Online now shows users as accessing :-

/includes/templates/my_template/images/sidebox.gif
and pixel_trans.gif

Has this been answered already ? I did search this massive thread !!

just tried changing the template back to the classic green template, and the issue still exists. I can't remove the item from the cart using the Delete button. Any suggestions??

I should add that I have added some modules. I have a feeling that the Simple SEO module may have something to do with it because when I turn Simple SEO off, I am able to remove all items from the cart.

Having some trouble with the install of this. I first installed the older version from the zen-cart site. I got that working.

I was reading through this thread and realized that version was old and that there are been some great updates to the code since then. I installed the new version and reset the cache. But I can't get the new category seperators to work. Seems like everything I do just simply keeps the old structure around.

Thoughts on how to fix this are greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem as crazycucumber. Now I have Simple SEO installed its all working perfectly apart from when I look at whos online, every real person visiting my site is showing as being on:

/includes/templates/my_template/images/pixel_trans.gif

or

/includes/templates/my_template/images/sidebox.gif

Only Robots and aolproxy are showing he actual pages that they are on??

Please help, i hope there is a fix for this :o)

Also I saw a similar post back in this thread and you said to put popup_image in the exclude list, i've done this and its still the same. :wacko:

I fixed it. Turns out it was showing the image paths for some reason due to my page calling those images when they didn't actually exist on the server! Hope this helps anyone else who might experience the same issue in the future.

Installed the latest SSU version on 1.3.8a and it worked perfectly.

Just moved to a new server today and I am getting the following issue. Product urls display nicely, manufacturers on the other hand look like this below:

website.com/index/securityToken/76bcb7d3772ff6eb9a973371ffabd2ce/manufacturers_id/16

Any idea why? :wacko:
