If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.
any further suggestions?:frusty:
For whatever reason, you have your SSU SQL patches completely swiped out from DB, you may have to go into the version tracker table using your phpmyadmin and either remove SSU entry in there or set the patch level back to -1

CACHE PROBLEM::(
Hi, I have this mod installed ok and working well on one site. But on another site www.i-contacts.co.nz the cache is filling up very very fast, to the point where it crashes the site due to lack of disc space every few days. For example yesterday cache grew by 40 MB! (I only have 200MB sever space, but my other site where it is working has 500MB)
I can manually work around this by manually emptying the ssu cache in the admin every day.
Is this normal?
Should the cache empty itself at some point?
Do I just need more server space?
Thanks,
Tony

Not normal, clean up your SSU cache and see if it helps. How many products/categories you have? We have a new, in testing module which uses way less cache file, would you like to try it out?

Hi, Yellow,
sent this code through Admin, it works. thanks.
another problem is till exist. it is so strange.
when i clear cache by click following
"Reset all cache: Click here
Reset alias cache: Click here
Reset only products cache: Click here
Reset only categories cache: Click here
Reset only pages cache: Click here"
it says
cache/ssu/ folder is not writable
cache/ssu/aliases folder is not writable
pc folder is not writable
pages folder is not writable
categories folder is not writable
...
then, when i login to FTP, the SSU folder is missing, very strange.
but i definitely set SSU folder and it's subfolder to 777
why?

I have to do cache resets every day just to stop the site falling over, and I have tried doing the fix cache option also.
Yes I would be keen to try this new version? How do I get a copy?
Regards,
Tony

Yellow I have a little problem that I'm sure you can help me with. I have the back in stock module installed and I have a problem on one of my pages not going to the form that it's suppose to. If you would look here and see what conor has said I would appreciate it a lot. Thank you
