Seems to be working... thank you!
v1.39h and 1.38a
Just wanted to say thanks! I have had great success with this mod.
I have been giving a $5.00 off coupon for abandoned carts. (set the coupon for one time use per customer thou - so they don't abandon their future carts on purpose to take advantage of the coupon code)
I send out an email daily in the morning from the previous days carts. Weekends I wait until around 5pm to send out the email from abandoned carts from Friday, Sat, and first part of Sun. This one seems to be the most beneficial to me.
I have even received emails back thanking me for the reminder as they forgot which site they were on when the placed the items into their carts. *So, I wonder how many people this happens too being that I have received a few emails. (most likely a lot more)
Anyways, great mod! Keep up the good work. Looks like I will have to buy you a cup of coffee this time.
Can anyone share the emails they send to customers? I have a general idea of sending them a coupon code and asking for feedback on why they didn't complete their order, but I'd love to see some emails that are working.
And are you just sending the plain text emails through the mod interface, or manually collecting emails to send through your email client as a fancy html email?
Not sure if this is the default message or if my wife updated it a little. More than welcome to use it or cut/paste parts you like or dislike.

Does anyone know if this works with Zen Cart v1.3.9h?
I tried to install it and when I did the "Install SQL Patch" using the "Browse" method it returned all kinds of errors! Should I have copied and pasted it instead? When I opened up the Menu selections I also got all kinds of warnings. So fortunately I had backed up my database and I restored it and went back and removed the individual files uploaded.
I would like to use this module as it looks like there are no core over writes but the database patch doesn't seem to work.
Also it would be nice if the creator of this mod would write an uninstall.sql file. Thanks in advance for any advice
It works for me in 1.39h.
Personally I never browse for the sql. I always copy and past directly in to the sql page of the database
The "browse" and install SQL portion of the admin has been known to not work the best on all files. It is more proper to copy and paste the information from the SQL Patch into the space provided in the admin and run that way.
If you get errors, please post what they say so we can assist.
Thanks!
Awesome it worked! Thank you this looks like a great add-on! Looking forward to trying it. Thank you for the help!
Just sent myself a test email and will send out a few and see what happens!
