I'd say all except US, since US is covered by the other two.

What you really want is the definition defined here:

These definitions can be pasted in your Tools ... Install SQL Patches ... and then you will see them in the Locations / Taxes ... Zones Definitions ...

Next, try using that as the Zone and see if the other countries outside of the US are now getting the shipping showing ... The US is the only country that will not show on that shipping module ...

I encountered a problem with the patch when sending to execute I get 403, I'll try using phpMyAdmin

What version of Zen Cart are you using?

Who is your hosting provider?

I have not had an issue with running any of these in a lot of different Zen Cart versions on a lot of different hosting providers ...

I never had similar issues either, or at least I don't recall any.

Anyhow I used phpMyAdmin, and now I have the two extra zones:
50 states
Rest of the world

They have yellow dots, so I guess I need to set the tax, and change the zones in the shipping modules, I'll update.

NOTE: If you do not need those Zones for Tax, you do not have to set Tax on them ...

The estimator works, and reports back, and the shipping price shows correctly in the checkout process.

There is one issue for which I'll open new thread in the general forum if you please follow me there, it's about the free shipping and USPS both displaying.
