Track Package from FedEx, UPS, Postal, DHL, etc..

This image is not part of this add-on. Check the original downloaded files and you will not find it. Perhaps you had tried a different tracking add-on before installing Ty Package Tracker? It may be left over from that add-on.

I stand corrected. You are right, the button_track.gif image file is there as you stated. I apologize for the misinformation.

I don't recall ever seeing that image displayed. I did a quick search using the Developer's Tool Kit and didn't find any reference to that image. My guess is that it is an artifact from an earlier version of Ty Tracker.

Since it is in the admin area, I suppose Ty had intended it for use by Admins, however I have never needed anything other than is already provided. Likewise customers don't need such a button as they can track by clicking the tracking links displayed in their order history area or in the shipping confirmation emails.

Im actually having this same problem. Mine was a fresh install though not an update. I went back and double checked all files were installed. Shows up in admin panel.
My box is doing the same thing and as a result has shifted my page around. Does anyone have any thoughts how to get the message to go away?

Things in ALL CAPS are almost always due to language file problems. Most often missing.

Be sure all the files were uploaded properly paying special attention to the language files.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I went into the php file and just added the word "Tracking" where the original problem was and it changed the heading of the box for me. And the page also shifted back. The only weird thing is I lost the box in "ez pages" I am not sure how that happened.

Yes, you do need to go in and manually input the tracking number and update the order.

For some strange reason, the tracking number will not appear in the My account page.

I have done this:

Change #1: (highly recommended - Making this change will allow your customer to track packages from the "My account" Page.)

define('FILENAME_ACCOUNT_HISTORY_INFO', 'tracker');

Still it wont show the tracking numbers in my account page.

Does it show up in the admin? Double check you've uploaded all the right files into the right directories too.

I am testing my site and have tracker installed. When I look at the order list and click the "View Customer's Order" button it calls /admin/tracker.php with the correct order ID but then all it does is reload the order list screen. It doesn't go to the order details page. I have reinstalled all the tracker files and that didn't change the behavior. I think I ran into this problem on my test site which was local but I don't remember how I fixed it and I can't seem to find any similar reports by searching the forum. I am running 1.39a on the the live site. I have renamed my admin folder but it appears to be passing the right folder name when it calls the tracker record number. This may not be related to tracker, but it seems it would be since it is passing a call to tracker. Any suggestions?
