New Install on 1.5.6c, with Wesminster New, and I can't seem to get this little beauty to work... I've uploaded everything in the right places, have installed the sql patch (got the green light saying it was successful), however it's not showing up in the Orders Total box.
I have some Dbug lines, from before I installed it which are gobbledygook to me.... however I am wondering if they are interferring with this add-on...?

There's about 8 sets of this, all very similar except the image width description changes.

Thanks Scott, picked that up and have run the sql... fingers crossed that stops half of my debug logs :-)
