Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue V 2.0!
Hi:
Just a quick question.
On an Android tablet, if you do not hit the arrow button the menu drops down but does not stay down. A person really has to be precise to get the menu to stay down. Is it possible to have the drop down menu automatically drop down on the main page?
Here is an example of what I am asking http://cabelas dot com.
I assume it could not be done on the mobile template but maybe on the desktop and tablet ones.
Dave

Hi:
Sorry, just one more question.
On my Android phone, the currency selector works on portrait mode but not in landscape mode. It seems to work on everything else, tablet and desktop just portrait mode on the phone.
My site is poolcuesexpress dot com

If you do not like the behaviour of the menu that comes with the template, you can change the menu for any other mobile friendly jquery menu.

I don't see the error, but if you have errors or partial or full blank pages, you should check your /logs folder for error logs and correct the problems.
Thanks,
Anne
Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue v2.0
I have a problem with this template that so far I have been unable to resolve.. In the menu ribbon at the top of the template I am getting truncated text when clicking on brands if the character count for the named brands exceeds 15 characters. i would like the complete name of the brand to be seen rather than being truncated.
Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue v2.0
Using version 1.54 and Sheffield blue 2.0
Getting the following result when clicking in the category or bottom menu for "all products", "specials", "featured", "new products"
WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again. No entries in error logs and the bottom menu disappears.
You can see it at http://pumpworldstore.com

If you post a link to your site I can take a look.
Thanks,

My guess is that you have plugins installed that have files in the old template override folder that have not been copied over to the new template override folder. Whenever you get a partial or fully blank page, check your logs folder and correct the errors.
Thanks,
Anne
