I understood that.. But it's probably not a "coding issue" with Image Handler as much as it is a desired feature of Image Handler.. Not trying to split hairs, but a "coding issue" implies that Image Handler is malfunctioning in some way that it is expected to funtion, when the truth is that in it's current form Image Handler does not manage admin images (nor has it ever been designed to do this..) Doesn't mean it can't or won't happen, but today it does not have this functionality.
My suggestion to start another thread was put out there if you wanted to address correcting the sizing of the packing slip images, it would be best to start another thread.. I use Super Orders and the packing list images are an issue for me too.. (I assume you mean the product images on the packing list right??)
-
Re: Image Handler 2 Support
I wrote a reply but the forum timed out, so here is the abridged version.
The reason I said it is a coding issue is due to the fact that I meant the code would need to be altered or modified to get it to work in the admin area. It isn't a fault of either packing slips or IH2, they are both doing what they should.
I was wondering if it would be possible to get IH2 to work in the admin area by playing with the code.
By packaging slips I mean the one included in Super Orders.

I understood what you meant.. and again.. not to split hairs, it is the use of the terms you are choosing to use.. "coding issues" implies functionality which is part of the app that is failing to work as it should. NEW features which are not part of the code base are not considered "issues" persay.. They are considered NEW features.. What you are inquiring about is a NEW feature.. Wanted to make sure that is clear for anyone following this thread.. (Again don't mean to split hairs.. but it's a very definite distinction:smile:)

It's software.. Someone always comes up with a better way to build a mousetrap! I'm fairly certain there is a way to do it.. and if someone figures this out they will surely post a solution in this thread or they will take on the management of the next version of IH2 and add this functionality to the IH2 code.. to my knowledge the former has definitely not happened..
If this feature is super important to you, you can posting your request in the Commercial section of this forum or try ScriptLance as another source for development resources.. When I was looking for custom features, I've used both of these sources with a good deal of success..

That's what I though which is why I specifically mentioned Super Orders.. The packing slip images being sized incorrectly is uniquely a Super Orders issue.. There are some posts in the Super Order support thread that cover how to correct this.

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
I've removed IH from the database, deleted all files and installed the latest (September) version, but I'm still having this problem.
All small and medium images work fine, as well as image hover. The problem is with large popup images on the product pages. They're supposed to open up at a maximum of 600px width or 550px height.
Image Handler admin shows the large images as being resized to the correct proportions. All seems well.
http://www.innlights.com/Resources/IH-admin.png
However, the products' large popup images still open up at the original file's size (e.g. 626x1000).
I've cleared the image cache through IH admin and through FTP dozens of times, reinstalled Image Handler, and replaced modules/pages/popup_image with the original code. I don't know what else to try!
:frusty:
Any help would be much appreciated!

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
To help in the upgrade and troubleshooting I am attaching this file titled "Instructions for restoration and upgrading".
I did not want to make it an integral part of IH2 because the fix for the Optional Extras includes Zen Cart core files.
Please don't be daunted, the upgrade path is really simple; the restoration, if you installed the Optional Extras, not so much, but nothing that a beginner cannot accomplish.
Also, please don't think that you need to completely uninstall previous versions, the upgrade is just an overwrite.
For those having problems with IE, try this version and let me know here, please.
For those having problems with database settings, please use the ones I include, backup, and then customize.

I am a newbee on Zen Cart. just installed IMAGE HANDLER 2, and after I uploaded a picture for the product, in the TOOLS->IMAGE HANDLER 2->MANAGER, I can only see 3 red-crossed blocks without image showed up and the larger image beside didn't showed up as well. In case I can't explain it very clearly, please take a look at the screen shot below. The thing is I can still see my picture in the website...but not in the image handler manager interface...I tried set permissions to 777, tried clear cache, tried rename the picture files...nothing worked. Could anyone help me on that? thank you soooooooooo much!
ps. I am using ZENCART 1.3.8 and installed the following addons before the image handler 2: stock by attribute, reward points, quantity discount, add customer from admin.

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
I have thought of some stuff that was not mentioned in the section "Troubleshooting in a nutshell" of the mod.
First, _MED and _LRG suffixes are not used by IH, this is stock Zen Cart.
The entries that IH makes in Admin -> Configuration -> Images are clearly denoted by a leading IH.
If you want IH to operate trouble-free don't use any of that, just use the Default button and browse.
Let IH do the naming of your additional images, the resizing, etc.
If you are using mass upload utilities like Easy Populate, just follow the Zen Cart convention, e.g:
main_image.jpg (IH sees this is as image 0)
so additional images would be:
main_image_01.jpg
main_image_02.jpg
and so on.
Please understand that IH gives you the ability to use _MED and _LRG only for compatibility with Zen Cart.
Also, images are case-sensitive, eg. .JPG is NOT the same as .jpg, many cases of irretrievable images can be tracked down to a simple case oversight.
Avoid using special characters in images like: , / | \ ' " all these have meaning.
Special characters should be avoided in product names too, IH displays them.
Lastly, I have seen users modify Zen Cart core files to avoid the display of the <title> tag.
This tag is the product name, if not specified otherwise.
The justification is that there is less clutter in the images, and they become more aesthetically pleasing.
A matter of opinion, but a tad bit short-sighted.
The <title> tag is used by search engines when indexing images.
If you don't believe me, look here:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...2&postcount=24
adapt this to image indexing, if you become creative with your <title> tags in your images, you will achieve better SEO rankings.
Bottom line, don't mess with IH2, the original author sure knew what he was doing.
Lastly, MAKE SURE THAT YOU UPLOAD ALL FILES IN CORRECT LOCATION!
-
Additional images not working correctly
Concerning this issue i have noticed that this is a problem of additional images galleries mods like zenlightbox and not an IH2 problems.
The most of times on various shops i found installed an old version of zen lightbox especially Zen Lightbox v1.4 aclarke 2007-09-22 .
The troubles were arising from the file:
/includes/modules/YOURTEMPLATE/additional_images.php
At about line 84:
Code:
$flag_has_large = file_exists($products_image_large);
Replace with:
Code:
$flag_has_large = true;//file_exists($products_image_large);
Like in the original IH2 mods V7 files.
After you have modified this file, reset IH2 cache or (better) directly deletes all bmz_cache subdirs by ftp.
Ciao

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
Okay, just installed Image Handler after trying it out on my localhost site where it worked fine. The basic functionality is working fine on my live site except that I no longer see my featured products on my main page. If I select the featured products link on my home page it pulls them up.
homepage is: www.amendmentarms.com
Thanks!

Are you sure you turned on featured products to display on the main page when you moved the site over?? Could be that simple.. IH installed correctly would not affect the ability of featured products to display on the main page..

I have never tested ZL 1.4.
However rev 7 worked fine with 1.3 and 1.5.
If replacing the file with the one included in rev 7 solves the issue, then great.
My suggestion would be to overwrite all IH2 files with the ones in rev 7, just in case.
Ciao.

Your main page is not loading correctly, in fact it is fails half way.
When I go to one of your product page, then that page will load correct.
Could be you have a corrupt image.
Zen Cart will stop loading when it tries to load a corrupt image.
Couple posts back, ckosloff list a few no-no's that can cause this.
Another is uploading a large size file(s) that the server times out on trying to process the file(s).

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
Ok...I give up...
I've been wrestling with Image Handler for hours. I have Zen Lightbox installed, in conjunction with Image Handler. Now...neither one work. In the product listing, the image for the product is present. Then, when you click on the product, which would take you to just that product by itself, there is a broken picture link. Then, when I click on "larger image," not only does Zen Lightbox not work, but a completely empty pop up appears. I've tried uninstalling Image Handler (uninstalling in the admin AND deleting all files associated with image handler...and replacing the necessary files from my backup like html_output.php, etc.), and I ended up with an assortment of yummy errors, most of which were fatal. This post may not be as succinct as it needs to be, but my patience has been pushed to the limit with this blasted mod. In retrospect, I shouldn't have installed either...and I know, I know, I should've made a backup of all my files and database. I didn't, and now I'm paying for it. Lesson learned...now...if anyone can help me, please do so...if I had hair, I'd've already torn it out!

Help has already been handed out abundantly to you with a mod that works flawlessly in conjunction with ZL.
Instructions in the readme cannot be clearer, if you follow them you would not be deleting files, restoring from backup, or whatever you are doing.
If you look back there is also a restoration.zip to help you out, and abundant instructions in very clear terms.
If with all this help you are still unable to install such a simple thing, yes, you should really give up and look for another source of income.
Or hire somebody to handle the website for you.

your reply to the poster was not SUPPORT it was a blaze and completely disrespectful....
Apparently this module isnt so simple to install for all folks,
if it was then there wouldnt be 4329 Posts,
so rather than getting defensive thinking that your code is being criticized, take the time to read the question and try to answer their questions.....

My reference to "this blasted mod" was simply to express my frustration. It was not intended to be a criticism of the coding of this contribution to the Add ons. I have seen ImageHandler work beautifully on several sites. So, I apologize for my comment having been offensive. Though I still maintain that your reply could have been more professional. I also urge you to consider being more diplomatic and tactful in general. It seems that you have taken a "holier than thou" approach in several of your replies on multiple threads. This approach isn't helpful in any way and only discourages users from utilizing this excellent Zen Cart software and taking advantage of the outstanding support that one can find on this forum.
Now that that's overwith...
I got the Zen Lightbox to work, I'm still trying to figure out what I did wrong with the Image Handler installation. The product images are still not appearing when a product has been selected.

Plus... what template are you using? If it is a TM template we can only say sorry not much we can do.
Why did you replace html_output.php? The latest versions of IH (since 2006) doesn't touch this file.
Check folder permissions are correct.

I'm using the "PureBlue" template from zencartpower.com. The link is http://crnastore.com/zencart. The site runs really slowly right now, pay that no attention. I'll be moving to a dedicated server once the site is ready to go live. And, I'm unsure of what folder permissions to use...bmz_cache needs to be writable, I assume...any thoughts?
Thank you Tophand for replying to my post.

Please take your impressions, perceptions, or whatever you want to call them (since you don't think rants is appropriate), off this support forum.
Nobody is interested in your nonsensical disquisitions, least of all myself, in forum language that is called "flooding", or "trolling".

Maybe he saw that file in restoration.zip.
But the readme in there states clearly that it is a separate package intended for those who overwrote their core files with the Optional Extras folder.
That is also the reason why it is completely separate from the main IH download.
If only people would read the instructions...

I have no desire to get in the middle of anything and certainly don't like to go off-topic with this IH2 thread but I can't stand by and watch one bad review taint what has been, in my own personal experience, a fantastic web host company.
As you can see from my own review I have been with Camelot for years and have numerous, active e-commerce sites with them. Tony has literally helped me countless times, both here in the Zen community and as my web host.
Plus, I think it's important to mention that of all the posted ratings on that site, Camelot rates 4-stars out of 5 overall, with just that one negative review.

Do you really get your jollies by insulting people on this forum? I did read the instructions, I followed them, and ended up with broken image paths. I'm sorry if my reference to "this blasted mod" bruised what is clearly an shockingly fragile ego. The only thing I didn't do, that I should've done, was backup my site and database. I figured that a mod so widely used would be solid enough to just go ahead and install. Clearly, I was mistaken. Though, after seeing the kind of support I'm going to receive on this particular thread, please don't bother. I will sort it out myself.
After looking at your profile, I see that I'm not special, you've taken this attitude with many forum users and it amazes me that after all the lip you've given you're still around.
If you are not only going to refuse to support people, but insult them, I suggest you refrain from writing, reorganizing, or botching mods - and from posting on this forum altogether.
It blows my mind that all that ego comes from Mr. Ladywig.com.
I'm all done with you, this mod, and this thread.
I can only hope you're not this much of an ############## in person. I shudder to think otherwise.
Finally, I apologize to everyone else reading this because of the digression my earlier post has caused in this thread. This thread is called "Image Handler 2 Support," (note that last word Ladywig) and the past few postings are certainly not supportive of anything or anyone.

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
And, by the way, I fixed it. I was using an old version of Image Handler that I'd downloaded back in March. I went back to the folder that I'd uploaded, and every file associated with Image Handler got deleted, and those modified by Image Handler got replaced (there were only two or three that were modified). Perhaps the newer version, posted by the illustrious Mr. Ladywig.com, is more solid than the one I downloaded. I won't be finding out out of general principle.

If you don't like to get off topic, then don't.
What I posted had nothing to do with Camelot hosting.
It was simply meant to show that our friend Tony just loves to rebuke contributors on their manners, but not on the substance of their contributions.

Apparently sometimes his rage spills onto customers who cancel accounts too, but since he has offered a truce, let's not make any further mention of that.

Obviously it something to do with his host company - You supplied a link to a review of Camelot, not of Tony personally. That is why I felt I needed to comment.
And if you would really like to put an end to this off-topic discussion then I would recommend that you refrain from snotty, holy-than-thou comments.

As I stated before, nobody has the right to give uninvited suggestions to me, in the way of patronizing advice on the way I conduct myself.
Please give your advice and/or suggestions to people who would like to receive them, I have no use of them.
If you find that my writings are holy-than-thou (or whatever cliche way you find of calling them), just ignore them.
Keep your impressions to yourself, nobody is interested in them.

My my my.. it's gotten hot in here.. Hope you all don't mind a lady interjecting here?? I just wanted to try and clear the air a little..
IMO there are only two versions of IH2 that you should consider installing:
Quote:
Author: ckosloff
Version: Ver 2.0 rev 7
Zen Cart™ Version: v1.3.8
Update added on Sep 17 2009
Download Now!
File size: 240104 bytes
Quote:
Author: yellow1912
Version: 2.0 for zen 1.3.7+
Zen Cart™ Version: v1.3.7
Update added on Jan 16 2009
Download Now!
File size: 421856 bytes
Hopefully one of these versions is the one you are now using. They are stable and should install pretty much "out the box". The latest version (Ver 2.0 rev 7) is a meaner leaner version that removes some of the "leftover" files from the original release of IH2 that are totally not needed for IH2 to run. (For example the "shoppad" folder -- turns out you can delete that folder in it's entirety from ALL prior versions). The readme is much improved (if I do say so myself!) and clarifies the app and it's purpose a little more clearly. Ver 2.0 rev 7 also includes some of the improvements that have been posted here in this thread by community contributors including:
- The improved version of bmz_image_handler.class.php
- An improved version of jscript_imagehover.js.
Ver 2.0 rev 7 of IH2 is based on the Jan 16 2009 version of IH2 authored by yellow1912. So with regards to the bolded part of your post (above), my suggestion is that regardless of whatever beef you and ckosloff have, Ver 2.0 rev 7 is a good version for you to install and you should give it some consideration..
The problematic version of IH2 IMO is this one:
Quote:
Author: Cameron Clark
Version: IH 2.0 for 1.3x
Zen Cart™ Version: v1.3.8
Update added on Jul 16 2009
Download Now!
File size: 461275 bytes
IMO, NO ONE should be using this version, and in particular if you are running a lightbox contribution , you should definitely NOT install this version of IH2.
In short this version contains the now INFAMOUS "Optional Extras" folder. IMO, the purpose of these files was not very well documented. The purpose of these files as it turns out was to modify the default behavior of the main product image.
However, in testing, some of us discovered that this "new" functionality disabled some lightbox contributions functionality (specifically the Zen Lightbox and Fual Lightbox add-ons). In short the "Optional Extras" files would prevent your lightbox from working with the main product image.
Sure there's language in the documentation for that version that seems to outline all the "fixes", but it's not necessarily written in "laymen" terms. Plus the documentation it fails to notify the user that these changes will likely "break" your lightbox contributions. (this is likely because the author did not use or even test his "fixes" with any lightbox contribution)
Okay.. I'm all done now.. You may resume your regular programming..

Thanks for pulling this discussion back to Image Handler. And thank you for your very informative post. This thread, clearly, was in desperate need of a woman's touch.

Now this is really strange.
If you read the readme for rev 7 you will notice that my friend DivaVocals is precisely the same person who gave it its final form.
So what she is doing in this post is basically repeating the same concepts that already are in the readme.
If the post is informative now, why wasn't it informative then?
And this is the same guy who said that my suggestion to read instructions was worthless.
Can anybody make sense out of this?

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
I have a problem with my additional images which are not shown up after IH2 is enabled. Since I had edited the file "includes/modules/additional_images", I haven't uploaded that file included in IH2 Folder. I found whenever I set "IH Resize Images" to "no", the additional images appear again but then no zooming effects for those thumbnail images on products listing pages.
So I'm wondering whether it is possible that I disenable the IH effects on additional images within product-info pages while larger images will still pop up when hovering on those small images on product listing pages.
Or is there any way to let my additional images show up again without changes or only simple changes to the file "includes/modules/additional_images"?
Any suggestion or advice will be highly appreciated!! Thank you!!

If you love your friend Tony so much that you feel compelled to flood the thread continuously, just leave your wife and daughter.
Maybe in your blurred mind, the quote in which he insults Berezin also has to do with Camelot hosting.
And screaming at customers who cancel is not something personal, right?
Do us all a favor and quit picking on me, finocchio, just join your lover boy and be happy.

Please upload all the files included in rev 7 in correct location.
Just overwrite, don't delete anything.
You should not edit any of those files.
IH resize should be set to yes.
If you have installed previous version, follow instructions here:

If problem persists, post a link to the problem.

In short the additional images zooming affects in IH2 isn't working because you did not upload the files needed for them to work..
You need to upload ALL the IH2 files.. If there are any files in the IH2 install that will overwrite other files in your store, they shoud be examined with a tool like WinMerge so that the changes required for IH2 to work are incorporated. There's no other way around this.. You need to add the IH2 code for additional images..

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
Geez Ladywig, give it a rest. Her post was informative because it was an easier to understand breakdown of the readme.html...and, it included a listing of the faulty version of Image Handler that had screwed up my site.
And personally, I think it is absolutely ridiculous and immature to resort to cursing in Italian for no other reason that just because you can.
E si, lo capisco.

I tried to explain what happened in that version of IH2 in the readme as tactfully as I could. (wanted to be informative, yet neutral:smile:) However, given the climate of this thread today, I felt that a much more direct opinion of that version was needed since it sounded like the root of your issue was that particular version of IH2.
I've tried to avoid saying anything about that version here because the author of that thread apparently thought I was being LESS THAN HELPFUL when I expressed the opinion that his contribution to IH2 should have been submitted as a VERY seperate mod that required IH2 to work. Truly not my intent, but I can't stop folks from interpreting what I write here in a manner in which it was not meant to be interpreted..
Anyway.. glad you found it helpful.. If you are not running the latest version, I encourage you to back up your site and give it a whirl..

Quit calling me Ladywig, retard.
If you find the readme difficult to understand, please be informed (again), that it was written by the same person, in very simple language.
Obviously you need the same concepts to be repeated to you several times, but that is understandable, given your nano-brain.

You did great in the readme, it was informative without being offensive to anyone.
And you did great today by stating clearly what your opinion of that version is.
However, it was sufficiently clear in the readme, there was really no need to emphasize anything, plus I had already published the restoration.zip, to further ease the path.
Bottom line, there is nothing that you or me have done wrong.
And don't worry, nobody who publishes offensive statements will get any help nor response from me from now on.

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
Rather than scale images, is there anyway to do a true resize?
ie take any image, scale it and then pad it with whitespace to fill the entire dimensions as entered in admin.
If not, has anyone done this mod?

IH2 does a re-sample, re-size and re-compress. It's slick.
Caches the resulting image too.
You can control padding and padding color from the IH admin (images)

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
Hi guys,
This is my first post to the forums, have spent many a time reading the pages over the last few months. My question is, when I make a new product and input prices, manufacturers, etc. Where do I go to upload the "1" large image that will be used to scale down for small , medium ,large display of my image. I'm a bit lost to say the leaast. I can go into image handler and all that. But what are the steps I need to do so that I can add the item, then the one image?
Any help, greatly appreciated.

You do not add the item, IH2 reads database and sees it, just select it and display it.
Then use the Default option, and click Browse, go to wherever your image is and save it.
All this is done in IH2 Manager.
Read the Scalability section in the IH2 rev 7 readme, you can choose location to save and organize your website's structure.

How do I set the padding? I can see where the color can be set.

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
You can force a specific width or height by putting a "!" after the value of pixels. If the image can not be fit to the height and/or width dimensions you specify without changing the images aspect ratio, it will be padded out to that number.
There is a color setting in there as well but I don't have a admin page handy to look at. If you are still unsure after some time, post again and I will look. (or some one else may jump in and say.)

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
I also have a question. I already had my images uploaded before installing IH, so does that mean I have to reupload everything manually from IH? :( or will IH work it out from I already have uploaded?
-
Re: Image Handler 2 Support
IH2 will (should) find your images in most cases.

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
For your previous posted error, check the permissions on the bmz_cache folder.
See if it works if you set the permission to 777 or if error is same.

Yeah, I actually figured out I'd try that and no, problem isn't solved. :( I found a post on this thread with someone who deleted off a space in the end of the file mentioned in the error, but that trick didn't work too. I also believe this error causes a halt in what IH suppose to do, I mean, if I take off my images from the medium/large folders I get nothing, meaning, IH2 doesn't work properly or something.

All your errors are related to bmz_image_handler.class.php.
Just reload that file from rev 7, exactly in correct location: /includes/classes/
Make sure that there are no FTP transfer errors.

Hard to say exactly what might be happening with your install, but either IH was not installed properly or another mod you've installed after installing IH2 has messed up the IH2 install.. This is one of the easier mods to install. Upload the files to the correct location and run the install from the store admin, and that's it.. It should run just like that..
I would suggest re-uploading the main install files (leave the "optional extras" alone)change the permissions on the bmz_cache folder to 777, and see if you don't get a better result..

Sounds like you are using Super Orders. (which includes images on the packing slip) This isn't an IH2 support question.. Try posting your question regarding the packing slip images on the Super Orders support thread..

Unfortunately the version numbering for previous versions is not very descriptive. The latest version has clear version numbering (Ver 2.0 rev 7) and was tested on v1.3.8. If you did not download this version, what is the date of the version you did install (see below to see what date I am referring to).. And what version of Zen Cart are you running??

Ok, looks like I had the wrong version installed after all! I redownloaded the addon and now I'm certain I have the latest pack which I've just installed, after uniinstalling the old pack properly (first removed from database, then removed all files from old installation). Unfortunately, even with the very LATEST version I get these exact errors. Made all the permission changes ofcourse.

Yes I did. Look, I read all the posts in here. I'm not a newbie when it comes to these things. I could say that the only "change" I did when installing the mod is when I inserted two files from the includes/modules folder into my template folder.
additional_images.php
& product_main_image.php
I had additional_images.php already overridden, meaning it was in modules/my_template. So I renamed my already modified file to something else to disable it and put the IH related file instead.
On the other hand I saw that I don't have product_main_image.php overridden and that according to the IH pack it suppose to overwrite the default file under /modules so prior to uploading the files to my server I had moved it to modules/my_template.
All in all I don't think it affects the problem.

You know my FIRST knee jerk response was to say something that a lady shouldn't say.. but let me try this instead.. I don't know if you KNOW or intended your post to come off as prickly as it did, but FYI that's how I received the message.. I am hoping that your tone was not intentional..
So let me say this.. I didn't ask the question with any implication about your skill or experience level.. I asked because regardless of your experience or skill level, we are HUMANS and can overlook things without meaning to. Since NONE of us here can see EXACTLY what you have done, and knowing that this app pretty much is an easy install, the only way to try and help is to ask questions to get a sense for what might be the cause of your issue. I am out of ideas, and loathe to inquire any further because at this point you seem to be a bit prickly about being asked questions.. Hope I'm wrong.. Perhaps someone else here has THE answer to your issue..

It really does seem like a permissions problem. I can make similar error by making my bmz_cache unwritable.

Issue W/ Additional Images LARGE
Im going to provide a sample page of this. Here it is . Look at the additional image. Now its supposed to be large enough to where you can read the options, but when opened it shrinks. When I choose the image handler option to not resize the images, its does show as its orginal size when clicked, but it does not scroll down to view the other options, i just "cuts off" so to speak, Does anyone know how to fix this or what may help?
-
Re: Image Handler 2 Support
I think even at full size, thats not a great way to display so many options. You have to select it from the picture and then type it in?
Take a look here:
http://www.laserdiscvault.com/index....oducts_id=5694
and here:
http://www.laserdiscvault.com/index....roducts_id=585
for some simple ideas how to display pics of many options. (hoover over the color samples)
Use Firebug to see simple CSS for nice effect.

Re: Image Handler 2 Support
Kiddo this is AWESOME looking!!! The second example where you hover over the images in the "People who purchased..." section, which add-on did you use to create that??
@byrd -- I agree with Kiddo, the single image for multiple choices is not the most ideal way to display the options for your customers..

Nope, no files or folders under bmz_cache at all. I'm really starting to think this is a permission problem even tho I set the permissions with my ftp client which seem to apply the changes. Weird. I'm gonna talk to my server admin & see what else can be done.

I've often had trouble successfully changing file permissions using my FTP client (filezilla). If your hosting account has cPanel, try changing the permissions again using the built-in "File Manager" just to be sure.
