[OLD] Google Merchant module Version 1.12.0 by Numinix

Just saw this on my dashboard

Items may soon fail to process due to missing Tax and Shipping or invalid Google Product Category values. View warnings under 'x of x items inserted'.

Does the new version cover this?

I am trying to find a way to hard code a prefix for the ID eg XX or 123 or anything really. Has anyone any idea how I could do that?

I just installed it for first time. I have problem with google product categories. It gives me an error. How do I edit google product categories without changing my product category lists? I can't categorized my product lists the way google wants. Is there any other way to create different categories for google. Where should I go for adding google product categories. Thanks

Where do I upload the file google-merchant-centre

It says there's an admin folder, but all I have inside my zip is the google-merchant-center folder.. no admin folder inside that.

So I'm confused where to upload it.

My xml file is empty after creating it..

Any ideas why it would be empty?

Hope you can help. I am getting an error which says 'Your data feed contains a pair of opening/closing XML tags that do not match'.

Is this something I need to manually change on the feed?

The feed file is just blank, when I view source the code is there and when creating the feed it says 76 items inserted so whats going on with that?

Also when submitting to google they say error 0 of 5 products inserted when there are 76

God this is really frustrating- I've tried numerous fixes mentioned earlier in the thread but still no joy.

Strange, since posting this thread couple mins ago 4 items have appeared in the feed?

Does anyone know if this module works with Zen-Cart 1.5?
