Now there is another aspect that only happens with this template: the popup image (the product) is very small open instead of the width of the original image

If problems are occurring one one template but not another in the same cart, then files that are in the other template's override directory probably were not carried over to this template's override directories. (Ie, didn't follow install directions fully.) At least in cases such as with Anne's templates where there is no consistent discussion of a problem such as this. Another possibility is that the files of this template did not successfully get saved on the server.

I misspoke, it was in the tpl_header.php file:
Code:
<?php
if ($this_is_home_page) {
?>
<?php
if (RSB_SLIDES_STATUS == 'true') {
?>
<?php require($template->get_template_dir('tpl_home_slider.php',DIR_WS_TEMPLATE, $current_page_base,'common')
. '/tpl_home_slider.php');?>
<?php
} ?>
<?php
} ?>
Thanks,
Anne

See my response to this already in post #463
The second popup image problem is a bug in the original responsive template default code. If you read through this thread you will see the fix already posted.
Thanks,
Anne

My bad... I didn't remember that as an issue when installingn probably because I had pulled all of the updates from the forum without too much regard of what they were fixing. :)
On another note, and I don't remember seeing this discussed. At the bottom of the template the default includes text like powered by Zen Cart and your tagline. I have seen when accessing the template from a mobile device or I think when viewing on a browser that has been horizontally shrunk that the tagline dips down below the lower white edge of the "main body". I haven't been able to tell how to/where to increase the height of the border in that area so that the text is always atop the white area. I might be able to change the text color to something that works on both the blue and white backgrounds, but I like the color scheme for when the text is on white. I don't recall adding text to force the content to be pushed down off of the white area, but I could be wrong. Even if I did, I would like to resolve that visualization.

I am sorry, but I don't understand which text you are talking about. Can you post a screen shot with the text pointed out?
Thanks,
Anne

Attachment 13751. This is a view as seen from a cell phone. Am beginning to think it is the added text that is causing part of the problem.

I am still having a hard time seeing the text. Can you post a link to the site?
Thanks,
Anne

Not to be facetious, but exactly! :) (although really I think you mean you are unable to read/see it because of the "clarity")
shop pugsugottasave org
Or
Donate pugsugottasave org
Your choice :)

I can not see the problem on the live site because at the smaller widths there is a horizontal scroll bar caused by the zazzle box.
I don't see the problem on the template demo site with the bottom text.
Thanks,
Anne
