Drop Shipping Purchase Orders Module for v1.3.8

Thanks for keeping this Plugin Going. Without it I am dead in the water. Speaking of which, I am upgrading to 1.55e and I can't get the last bug out of DropShip PO.
It is not connecting to the subcontaractors after updating. Instead of the dropdown it says:WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.
Edit Subcontractors dopes not work either. Neither does Resend. Thanks!

Also a few years back I hired Scott Turner to make a modification. Rather than overwrite the PO it appends the order number and creates a new one for each order. Makes all the difference! Thanks again!

After installation of this mod and Dropship_core2 on April 7, 2018. My admin now is a blank page so I am unable to log into my site.
I am using zen-cart-v1.5.5e-03082017

It would also help to identify the php version and other information requested by the posting tips.

If your are running this plugin alongside Edit Orders, you really should look at @carlwhat's mod called Edit Orders Detail Record Copy.

When you use Edit Orders, it deletes and re-adds orders_products records, which is fine, unless you have added data to this table (as this mod does).
Carl's plugin solves this issue by re-adding the custom data.
