Yes I am no problem with that the problem is that when I import it imports the old file I have deleted even though I have uploaded the new csv.
If you would attached a data file, even a partial one, then I might be able to help. It is NOT importing your OLD file. EP4 cannot do this. It will process the file you select when you click import.Quote:

I couldn`t attach the csv as it was invalid sorry. I did include the products model and products image headings. If you need some more just ask. Thanks for the help.
How about a link or non-linked text address to your site then, so we can take a look. We should be able to see how the images are named that way.Quote:

EDIT: Yes, a link to your site showing a product with an image named the same way that you have manually put-up. Do you have any?

I will try the export of a product i know that works and use that.
Is there a way to delete the csv file through cpanel besides the temp file? I have tried to delete using the ep but it shows up in the store front page still and im not sure why. If I could delete the csv and start it all from scratch would be best.
