Re: All Business template Support Thread
Not at all, Pat... I checked the /cache folder off the root public directory of the server.
I wasnt, fwiw, suggesting the template was flawed, btw. Having deen it in operation was what convinced me I wanted it!
I'll double check the classic template as you suggest...
Thanks,
Lou
Re: All Business template Support Thread
And, yes, Pat, returning to the Classic template displays as it should...
I also double checked to be sure the javascript files were upkoaded, and both are where they should be.
Thanks,
Lou

Try changing the permissions on your cache folder to 777, then go back and reload the page that is giving you the problem. Check your cache folder for the error.
Thanks,
Anne
Re: All Business template Support Thread
Good day. I'm new in the world of web and I'm use to windows form application. Can you guys help me out?
1. how do i disable the right panel? it's out of place?
2. how do i disable the banner below the ip address?
3. Last how come there is a "category" above the slide show?
http://ebili.net/store/
Thank you!!
Hosting: Godaddy.com(Windows) + Zen Cart(Installed via Godaddy)
Re: All Business template Support Thread
These are zencart settings.
This template does not have a right box. This needs to be disabled. Admin -> Layout Settings -> Column Right Status set to 0
Admin-Tools-Banner Manager: Switch off any "Wide-Banners" this will sort out the banner at the bottom.
The "category" is an Ezpage which is there as a sample. You can disable it or indeed add different pages in admin->Tools->Ezpages.
I would strongly suggest you familiarise yourself a bit with Zencart before trying to install and customise templates.

Appealing to the masses here...
version: Zen 1.3.9
I'm getting alignment issues with the "details" sections under various categories.
http://castersonlineflyshop.com
The above link goes to a reel section. In the "New Products for May" the actual "details" buttons are out of alignment with one another.
I've recreated the pictures to match one another on other sections, but it's still out of alignment.
My guess it's a padding section somewhere; but prior to going through the CSS, I thought I might ping a larger source.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is happening because your titles are different lengths. Some are one line and some are two lines. Make them all the same length for uniformity.
Thanks,
Anne
