Which means I can't switch back and forth easily (which is the intention of the override system) . . . so I'm keeping my old install for more traditionally designed templates and using a totally separate install to test your templates.

I've also compared the list of "Files included in the template package" on your website with the list of files I actually get when I download the template. I'm seeing the following discrepancies:

Files on your list but not included in the package (all related to the footer; are any of these important?):
YOUR_ADMIN_FOLDER/ffmm_install.php
YOUR_ADMIN_FOLDER/includes/extra_datafiles/flexible_footer_menu_database_names.php
YOUR_ADMIN_FOLDER/includes/functions/extra_functions/footer_menu_install_functions.php


Files in the package but not on your list:
YOUR_ADMIN_FOLDER/images/Thumbs.db
YOUR_ADMIN_FOLDER/includes/extra_datafiles/responsive_sheffield_blue.php
YOUR_ADMIN_FOLDER/includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/responsive_sheffield-blue.php
YOUR_ADMIN_FOLDER/includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/responsive_sheffield-blue.php~
images/banners/footer_images (empty folder)

Just wondering if these are anything to worry about?

Many Thanks for the previous help, I shall see what I can do.

Ive discovered another problem.

The following error occurs only when 'View all' Products is clicked or 'Featured' products...specials work fine.

I believe it to be a template issue somewhere as I switched back to the Zencart Classic template and both Featured and All Products work fine with no errors.

There is a readme.html file included in every template package. Just look in the "credits" section for the author of the responsive tabs link ;)

This question had been asked and answered already. You need to upload the includes/classes/split_pages_results.php file from the template package.

Unfortunately the split_results file from the template hasn't fixed it. Is there something else I need to do in the admin that I might have missed?

Without any information if I had to take a wild guess it would be that you have plugins installed that have files in your old template override folder that have not been copied over to the new template override folder.

Hello again, sorry for the late response! I tried making another tab for upcoming products by looking at the Featured tab as a guide, but I haven't been able to get anything to work. I noticed that in the tpl_categories_index.php file calls the tpl_modules_featured_products.php file for the featured products tab, but there is no similar page for upcoming products. Your advice lead me in the right direction... I just don't think my PHP skills are good enough to figure this out on my own. If it's not too much trouble, would you be able to walk me through the steps in order to create a new tab with upcoming products? If this is too big of an ask I understand, but thanks for your help so far.

Im not running any mods apart from your template and UK basic mail which just adds files to the shipping module so it can't be an issue regarding other mods.

Website is http://www.thegreatgiftshop.co.uk ( its the links in the footer, all product/featured that are throwing the error)

One thought I did have which was when trying a couple of your templates, I did upload the .sql file from the all business to the database. Ive seen somewhere Sheffield blue should have its own .sql patch but its not included in the .zip file provided in the downloads section of this website.

I guess this might be the issue? if so where can i get the proper .sql file from.

Just to reiterate, everything works fine when i switch back to classic template.
